Can Indian subscribers get a refund?
OneStream Live’s help article, last updated September 2, 2026, says subscriptions are generally non-refundable. It says the service does not provide prorated refunds or credits for a billing period that has already started. An active subscription that is unused or forgotten, or dissatisfaction without first contacting support, generally does not qualify for a refund. Read the official refund policy for the current terms.
The policy says certain cases may be reviewed individually, including service failures, cancellation requests that were not processed, and unauthorized transactions. A review is not a guarantee of a refund or any particular resolution.
How to cancel before renewal

- Sign in to OneStream Live and open your profile avatar.
- Select Account Settings, then open Billing.
- In the Subscription Plan section, click Manage.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation prompts.
Use the official cancellation instructions if the labels or account screen differ. Save any confirmation or dated record of your request, especially if you need to show that you canceled before renewal.
What happens after cancellation?
Cancellation stops future billing; it does not end access immediately. You keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. OneStream’s pricing FAQ says that after the period ends, the account moves to the free plan. Check the pricing and FAQ page for current plan details.

Canceling does not, by itself, create a refund for unused time in the current period. OneStream says it does not provide prorated refunds or credits once a billing period has started.
How to ask for an exception or report an unauthorized charge
Request an individual review
Email [email protected] with the email address on your OneStream account, a clear explanation of what happened, and relevant supporting material. Depending on the issue, that could include an invoice, screenshots, or proof of an earlier cancellation request. OneStream says it reviews eligible cases individually; an exception is not assured.

Report a charge you did not authorize
Contact OneStream support and your bank or payment provider promptly. The refund policy specifically directs customers who believe a payment was unauthorized to notify both.
Should you cancel or pause?
If you want to stop future renewals, cancel. If you expect to return and want a temporary break, OneStream’s pause guidance offers a pause of 1, 2, or 3 months, scheduled to start at the end of the current billing cycle. Check the current account billing page and cancellation and pause guidance before choosing; a pause is not an immediate refund.

What is specific to subscribers in India?
OneStream’s India purchase guide, last updated September 4, 2026, tells customers to choose UPI as the preferred payment method and complete the purchase in their account. It does not establish an India-specific refund entitlement or explain whether every account uses the same payment route. Nor does it explain whether a particular UPI mandate must be canceled through a bank app or how quickly a payment provider processes a reversal.
