Is the series based on a comic?
Yes. Spider-Noir draws on Marvel’s Spider-Man Noir comic. Readers looking for the source comics can find Marvel’s Spider-Man Noir: The Complete Collection, a trade paperback collecting the original Spider-Man Noir and Eyes Without a Face issues along with related Spider-Verse material. It is a comics collection, not a television-series tie-in. Marvel’s collection listing gives the edition and its contents.
