Who performed on Rockin’ Eve in 2024?
In its Dec. 10, 2024 announcement, Dick Clark Productions named Carrie Underwood, Megan Moroney, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Lenny Kravitz, Teddy Swims, Tinashe, Cody Johnson, Thomas Rhett and TLC among the performers. Blake Shelton was announced from Las Vegas, and Luis Fonsi from Puerto Rico. TLC’s Times Square performance was tied to the 30th anniversary of CrazySexyCool. This is the announced selection, not a claim that it lists every performer or segment.

The show has used a distributed format in past editions. For the 2023–24 broadcast, official announcements described segments from Times Square, Hollywood, Las Vegas, South Korea, Puerto Rico and Miami, including a Spanish-language countdown in Puerto Rico. That earlier itinerary should not be mistaken for a confirmed complete list of locations for the 2024–25 show.
Where could viewers stream or listen to the 2024–25 show?
ABC announced that the special would stream on Hulu the next day. It also announced a live simulcast on 150 iHeartRadio stations and through the iHeartRadio app. These were the planned arrangements for that broadcast; they do not establish whether the program is currently in either service’s catalog or whether access is available to every viewer.

Dick Clark Productions’ Dec. 10, 2024 announcement said the 2023–24 edition attracted 22.2 million total viewers at midnight. That figure refers to the midnight audience, not the entire broadcast. The same release described the 2024–25 edition as the show’s 54th year.

A separate Dick Clark Productions announcement from Dec. 21, 2023 reported that the 2022–23 edition drew 13.8 million total viewers, averaged a 4.1/29 rating among adults 18–49, and reached 17.9 million total viewers during the midnight quarter-hour. Those figures refer to different measures and a different broadcast; they should not be combined as if they describe one audience window. The numbers above are claims made in the production company’s releases, not an independently inspected Nielsen dataset.
