Netflix House is open in the Dallas area and near Philadelphia, with a third location planned for Las Vegas in 2027. The year-round venues combine ticketed, show-themed attractions with free-to-enter public areas, food, shopping, screenings and events. Entry does not require a Netflix subscription, but headline experiences, meals and merchandise cost extra.
What Netflix House is—and what it isn’t
Netflix House is a permanent, year-round destination built around Netflix shows and films. It brings together three kinds of activities: immersive attractions where visitors play or move through themed environments; food and drink, including the Netflix Bites concept; and retail and public programming such as merchandise, screenings and fan events.

It is not a hotel, a conventional museum or an all-inclusive theme park. Some areas can be visited without a ticket, while many of the most distinctive attractions require timed admission. Netflix says experiences will refresh regularly, so a featured title or event should not be assumed to remain indefinitely. See the official Netflix House hub for current offerings.

“Philadelphia” is the venue’s market name: it is physically in King of Prussia, not Philadelphia proper. Netflix describes the Dallas venue as more than 100,000 square feet; that figure should not be applied to the other locations. Las Vegas remains a planned venue, and Netflix has not established its final attraction lineup or ticket prices. Details and updates are on Netflix’s overview.

Free entry does not mean every activity is free
General admission is free, and a Netflix subscription is not required. Visitors can enter and explore selected public areas, browse the shop, take photos in public spaces, and look for free screenings or fan programming. Food, drinks and merchandise are purchases; major attractions require separate tickets. Free entry also does not guarantee a place at a limited-capacity event or access to a ticketed experience.
That makes it possible to visit without committing to an attraction, but a full outing can cost considerably more than the word “free” suggests. Netflix describes the venue as cashless and says a cash-to-card kiosk is available. Check its ticket and admission guidance before going.
What’s at the King of Prussia venue?
- Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts: A macabre carnival-style attraction in which visitors explore Nevermore Academy, complete three quests and play more than 10 carnival games. It is designed as an interactive, theatrical experience rather than just a photo set.
- ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit: An escape-room-style adventure through themed rooms, with puzzles to solve and a race to reach the Devil Fruit before time runs out. Netflix’s launch materials described seven rooms.
- Netflix Virtuals: VR attractions based on Netflix properties, including Stranger Things, Squid Game and Rebel Moon. Players must be at least 48 inches tall.
- Top 9 Mini-Golf: A nine-hole course with Netflix-themed, interactive elements drawing on titles such as Floor Is Lava, Squid Game, Is It Cake?, Bridgerton, Stranger Things and WWE. Netflix estimates about 25 minutes for a round.
- TUDUM Theater: A screening and event space for films, shows, trivia and special programming. Check the current calendar rather than planning around a particular event far in advance.
Offerings can change. The official Philadelphia experience page has details for VR and mini-golf; use Netflix’s venue hub for current attraction availability.

- Stranger Things: Face the Dark: A roughly one-hour guided, theatrical walkthrough set in Hawkins, with live performers, sets and effects. Netflix’s current name is “Face the Dark”; launch coverage used the earlier title “Escape the Dark.” The attraction is not a real-danger challenge, but its sensory and content warnings matter (see below).
- Squid Game: Survive the Trials: A controlled, themed competition in which guests play five games and compete in the Front Man’s arena.
- Netflix RePLAY: A game room mixing physical challenges, story-driven rooms and retro-style games inspired by shows including Floor Is Lava, Love Is Blind, Army of the Dead and Big Mouth.
Screenings, seasonal activities, photo opportunities and other special events may also be offered, but schedules are changeable. Consult the Dallas venue page and its FAQs for current details.
Tickets, prices and booking
Netflix sells attraction tickets by location, experience, date and time. The official process is to visit Netflix House, choose a location and experience, select a date, time and ticket quantity, and complete checkout. Present the digital ticket on your phone when you arrive. On-site kiosks and third-party partners may also sell tickets, but Netflix recommends booking ahead because popular experiences can sell out.
There is no single “Netflix House ticket price”: prices vary by experience, location and date. At the time represented by Netflix’s current Dallas page, Stranger Things: Face the Dark was listed from $39, with prices varying. That is a starting price for that attraction, not a venue entry fee or a price for all experiences. Check the selected date’s checkout total, including any applicable taxes or fees, before budgeting.
A Netflix membership is neither required nor a substitute for an attraction ticket. A visitor who only wants to browse public areas can do so without buying an attraction ticket, subject to venue access and event capacity.

Age, height, accessibility and sensory considerations
Netflix House admits visitors of different ages, but that does not make every attraction suitable for every child or visitor. Review the individual experience rules before buying:
- Netflix Virtuals: Participants must be at least 48 inches tall.
- Stranger Things: Face the Dark: Guests under 14 need adult supervision. Children age 3 and older need a ticket. A child under 3 may accompany a ticketed adult under the stated conditions, but will not receive a flashlight or headset.
- Content and effects: The Dallas Stranger Things walkthrough includes disturbing or graphic content, strong language, loud noises, flashing or strobe lights, fog and haze. Closed-toe shoes are recommended; strollers are not permitted inside.
- Access needs: Netflix says experiences are accessible or offer accommodations, and lists the Dallas Stranger Things experience as wheelchair accessible. Individual attractions can still have different physical, sensory or operational conditions. Contact the venue in advance about wheelchair access, standing or walking demands, sensory needs, companion tickets, VR equipment and any need to exit or re-enter. The Dallas FAQ says there is no re-entry once the Stranger Things experience begins.
Comfortable clothing and shoes are sensible for attractions that involve walking or activity. If flashing lights, loud sound, confined or dark environments, or theatrical effects are a concern, assess the specific attraction before booking rather than relying on the venue’s general age policy.

Netflix Bites is the venue’s food-and-drink concept, but meals are not included with free entry or attraction tickets unless a specific package says otherwise. The available information does not establish a universal menu, price range or reservation policy, so check the current venue listing directly. Merchandise is also an optional purchase, with location-specific items: Philadelphia has used “NetPHLix” branding, while Dallas has offered Texas-themed “NeTfliX” merchandise. Inventory and programming can change.
The Dallas venue also promotes private events, including corporate outings and birthdays. For availability and terms, contact the venue through its official Dallas page; public information does not establish a standard package price.
How much time should you set aside?
There is no official duration for a complete visit. A quick browse of public areas differs from an outing with food, shopping, a screening and multiple attractions. Netflix gives two useful individual estimates: about one hour for Dallas’s Stranger Things: Face the Dark and about 25 minutes for Top 9 Mini-Golf in King of Prussia. Other experiences vary; check their individual pages.
As a planning guideline, treat a visit with a meal and one or more paid attractions as a larger outing—potentially a half-day—rather than assuming you can fit it into a brief stop. Build in time for timed-entry windows, queues, mall navigation and any event schedule. That is practical trip-planning guidance, not a published operating-time estimate.
Hours: confirm the specific venue and attraction
Netflix’s Tudum overview has listed general venue hours of 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.–midnight Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Sunday for both locations. An individual attraction or location page may show different hours; the King of Prussia experience page, for example, has displayed different closing times. Holiday and event schedules may also vary. Verify the location and the attraction page on the day you plan to visit rather than treating venue hours as guaranteed attraction hours.
Is Netflix House worth a visit?
It is most compelling for Netflix fans who enjoy doing rather than just watching: solving puzzles, playing games, meeting theatrical environments, browsing merchandise or pairing an attraction with food and a mall visit. A group with mixed interests may appreciate the range of titles, while a fan of one particular show should first confirm that its attraction is currently available.

It is a weaker fit if you expect every activity to be free, want a quiet museum-style exhibition, dislike crowds or sensory effects, or are traveling far for a single experience that could rotate out. The key value decision is whether the free public areas are enough for your visit or whether the paid attraction you want is worth its separate price. Netflix House’s combination of mall convenience and show-specific immersion is different from streaming at home, but it is not an all-inclusive day out.
