Tyson denied grooming anyone. A later account of the investigation, which concluded in November 2024, said the grooming and sexual misconduct allegations were found to be without basis; that was a reported investigation finding, not a court ruling.
What MrBeast said in July 2024
In a statement reported on July 25, MrBeast said he had recently learned of serious allegations concerning Tyson’s online behavior. “I am disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts,” he said. He also said he had taken immediate action to remove Tyson from association with the company and channel, and that an independent third party would investigate. LADbible reported his statement.
The allegations were claims being reported at the time, not established findings. MrBeast’s statement described his response and the steps he said he was taking; it did not itself determine whether the alleged conduct occurred.
Tyson’s denial and departure statement
Tyson denied grooming anyone, saying, “I never groomed anyone.” She apologized for past comments and behavior and said she was stepping away from MrBeast-related activities and social media. Those were Tyson’s statements, as reported by LADbible.

What the person identified in the allegations said
LADbible reported that the person identified in coverage said, “I was never exploited or taken advantage of.” This is that person’s reported response; it should not be treated as independent proof of the events or as a substitute for the investigation’s later findings. LADbible’s coverage reported the statement.
What later reporting said the investigation found
A later account says the independent investigation concluded in November 2024 and found the grooming and sexual misconduct allegations to be “without basis.” That wording describes the reported investigation outcome; it is not a court judgment. The account also reported separate workplace harassment and misconduct issues, which are distinct from the allegations concerning Tyson. LegalClarity summarized the outcome and cited reporting by NBC News, the BBC and Courthouse News Service.

LegalClarity said the investigation was conducted by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, led by attorney Alex Spiro, and involved interviews with 39 current and former employees and review of more than 4.5 million documents. These are figures reported in that account, not independently verified here against the firm’s investigation report. LegalClarity’s account provides those details.
