Morocco vs Comoros was played on Sunday, December 21, 2025, so it is no longer a live fixture. The AFCON 2025 opener began at 8:00 p.m. in Morocco, with coverage varying sharply by country. This archive guide explains where it was broadcast, what it cost, and where to look for legitimate highlights or a replay.
Quick answer by country
| Country or region | Broadcaster | Online option | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | beIN SPORTS | beIN SPORTS CONNECT or a participating live-TV provider | Paid access generally required |
| United Kingdom | E4 | Channel 4 Streaming | Free-to-air, subject to normal account and location conditions |
| Morocco | beIN Sport listed by CAF | Check current local availability | Verify locally |
| Comoros | CANAL+ and ORTC listed by CAF | Check local provider listings | Verify locally |
| Other territories | Regional CAF rights holders | Consult CAF’s broadcaster list | Varies |
Rights were territorial. A channel listed for Morocco, Comoros, the United States, or the United Kingdom did not necessarily have legal availability in another country. CAF said the opener was distributed across 180 territories through a mixture of broadcast and streaming partners, including beIN SPORTS, SuperSport, CANAL+, New World TV, Azam TV, and SABC. See CAF’s official broadcaster list for territory-specific information.
When was Morocco vs Comoros played?

That means an article still describing the game as happening “today” or offering a current live stream is out of date. The information below records the original broadcast arrangements and points you toward official post-match coverage.

United States: beIN SPORTS
In the United States, Morocco vs Comoros was carried by beIN SPORTS. Online access was available through beIN SPORTS CONNECT and through participating live-TV services that carried the channel. beIN’s U.S. match guide identified the network’s coverage.
beIN access was not a confirmed universal free full-match stream. An official beIN event page showed a paid streaming/event-access route for the fixture, but its historical price should not be treated as a current offer. Package names, provider availability, device support, and pricing can change, so viewers should check the official beIN SPORTS site or the provider’s checkout page.
Do not confuse free clips, beIN SPORTS XTRA programming, or social-media videos with a licensed live full-match feed. A broad live-TV bundle may also be poor value if the goal is only to watch an archived match or highlights.

United Kingdom: E4 and Channel 4 Streaming
Channel 4 held the U.K. rights to all 52 AFCON 2025 matches. The opener was listed specifically on E4 and Channel 4 Streaming, making it the clearest legal free-to-air option for viewers in the U.K. The rights arrangement was announced by CAF, while Channel 4’s listing identified the opening-match schedule.
Channel 4 Streaming may require registration and is intended for viewers within its licensed territory. Availability outside the U.K. should not be assumed, and a VPN is not an officially guaranteed solution. The tournament’s distribution plan also mentioned Channel 4 Sport on YouTube, but that does not establish that a full replay of this particular match remains there.
Morocco, Comoros, and other territories
CAF’s broadcaster material listed beIN Sport for Morocco and CANAL+/ORTC for Comoros. Across sub-Saharan Africa, coverage could involve services such as SuperSport, CANAL+, New World TV, SABC, and Azam TV. European examples in CAF’s list included Sportdigital in Germany, Sport Italia in Italy, and Ziggo Sport in the Netherlands.
These listings describe rights by territory, not a worldwide subscription. Before signing up, confirm that the service is licensed for your country, carries the relevant language feed, supports your device, and offers an on-demand replay if that is what you need.

Can you still watch it for free?
- U.K.: The match was available through Channel 4’s free-to-air arrangement, including E4 and Channel 4 Streaming, subject to standard service conditions.
- U.S.: No universal free full-match stream was established by the reviewed primary sources. beIN SPORTS access generally required a subscription or eligible TV package.
- Other countries: Some markets may have had free-to-air coverage, but this was territory-specific and cannot be generalized.
Avoid unauthorized “free stream” websites, mirror sites, pop-up-heavy pages, and unofficial social-media restreams. They may be illegal, unstable, or unsafe, and they do not provide the same rights or reliability as an official broadcaster.
What about VPNs?
A VPN can alter the apparent location of an internet connection, but it does not create a subscription or guarantee that a broadcaster will accept the connection. Using one to bypass geographic restrictions may also conflict with a service’s terms. The safer approach is to use the licensed broadcaster for the country where you are actually located.
Do not treat promotional VPN articles as proof that Channel 4, beIN SPORTS, or another broadcaster authorizes access from abroad. A VPN also cannot guarantee stable playback, eliminate blackouts, or provide a replay that the service no longer hosts.
Where to find highlights or a replay now
Because the live event has ended, start with official sources rather than old streaming links. beIN SPORTS USA published extended highlights on YouTube. CAF’s official website and social channels are also the logical places to check for match reports, tournament recaps, and official video.

Highlights are not the same as a complete replay. Neither CAF nor beIN should be assumed to retain the full match indefinitely; check the current listing before paying for any service. A historic live-rights arrangement does not automatically mean that an on-demand recording remains available.
