For a resort-wide view, start with Disney’s interactive map explorer; for current park planning, use the official Disneyland app. Visitors seeking accessibility information can use park-specific guide maps or ask at Accessibility Services and Guest Relations. These resources serve different purposes, so choose the one that matches what you need to find.
Choose the right Disneyland Resort map
| If you need to… | Start here | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Find a theme park, hotel, or Downtown Disney District | Disney’s interactive map explorer | Resort destinations, with Map and List views. Check the current destination listings and pins. |
| Plan with current park information | Official Disneyland mobile app | Disney describes the app as providing planning tools and park updates; features can change. |
| Look up disability access information for a park | Disneyland accessibility resources | Park-specific disability guide maps, available as PDFs or printed copies. |
| Navigate using tactile information | Accessibility Services | Portable tactile maps, subject to availability and loan conditions. |
Explore the resort-wide map
Disney’s map explorer lets visitors browse resort destinations in either Map or List view. Current indexed options include Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, Downtown Disney District, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place Hotel, and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. Check the explorer itself for current listings and pins rather than relying on an older copy or an unverified destination list.
Use the app for live planning
The official Disneyland Resort mobile app provides planning tools and park updates. It is a better starting point than a static PDF when you need information that may change during a visit. Consult the app for current details; its features and available information can change.
Find disability guide maps and on-site assistance
Disney provides disability-specific guide maps for each theme park. You can access them as PDFs through Disney’s accessibility resources, or request printed copies at Accessibility Services or Guest Relations.
#1 Best Overall
Accessibility Services Kiosk
The Accessibility Services Kiosk is on the west side of the Esplanade. Disney lists guide maps, Braille Guidebooks, portable tactile maps, handheld devices, an American Sign Language schedule, and an accessibility planning guide among the available tools and resources. Kiosk hours can change; check the app for park hours and confirm details with Disney before relying on a particular service being available.
Portable tactile maps
Disney says portable tactile maps represent building boundaries, walkways, and landmarks. They are available through Accessibility Services on a first-come, first-served basis. A loan requires a $25 refundable deposit, and the map must be returned the same day to receive the refund. Availability is not guaranteed.

Be cautious with older map PDFs
An official Disneyland Park map PDF includes legacy attraction and service references, including FASTPASS. Treat such PDFs as historical or reference material, not as a live guide to current attractions, services, or operations. Confirm time-sensitive details in Disney’s current map explorer or app.
