What did West’s birthday caption say about Bianca Censori?
West’s caption combined romantic praise with references to Censori’s professional and family identities. The message called her his “muse,” “artist” and “inspirational” partner, mentioned her master’s degree in architecture, thanked her for remaining by his side, and described her as “the most amazing step mom” to his children.
The post also carried a personal explanation for West’s gratitude. By writing that Censori stayed with him “when half the world turned their backs on me,” West presented the relationship as a source of loyalty and support during a difficult period in his public life.
Was Bianca Censori legally confirmed as Kanye West’s wife?
Bianca Censori was widely described in contemporary entertainment coverage as Kanye West’s wife, but the legal status of the couple’s reported private ceremony was qualified rather than conclusively established in the supplied reporting.
For that reason, “reported wife,” “rumored wife” or “the woman West referred to as his wife” is more precise than stating that a legally confirmed marriage existed. A birthday caption can show how West publicly described the relationship, but the post alone cannot establish a marriage’s legal status.

How did Bianca Censori later wish Ye happy birthday?
In a separate June 2026 event, Bianca Censori posted an Instagram Story for West’s birthday. E! News reported that Censori wrote, “Happy birthday @ye. I love you more than life.”
The June 2026 post should not be confused with West’s January 2024 tribute. The direction, occasion and format were different:
| Detail | January 2024 | June 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Who posted? | Kanye West | Bianca Censori |
| Whose birthday? | Bianca Censori’s | West’s |
| Format reported | Instagram post with a portrait and lengthy caption | Instagram Story with a photograph and short message |
| Tone | Detailed praise of Censori’s personal, creative and family roles | Brief romantic declaration |
| Key wording | “I love you so much” and thanks for sharing his life | “I love you more than life” |
PerthNow also reported that Censori used the phrase “ride or die 4ever” in an expired Instagram Story and that the pair were photographed together in Amsterdam around West’s birthday. Because the Story expired and the sighting came from public-appearance reporting, those details should be treated as reported social-media and paparazzi evidence—not proof of reconciliation, a legally confirmed marriage, future plans or the private state of the relationship.
What can the birthday posts—and what can’t they—establish?
The two posts show public affection and provide direct evidence of how West and Censori addressed each other on particular birthdays. West’s January 2024 message was unusually long and personalized, while Censori’s June 2026 Story was short but intensely romantic.

Neither birthday message independently establishes that the couple had a stable private marriage, reconciled after any reported tension, divorced, planned a pregnancy or made another major personal decision. Public birthday tributes are evidence of public statements, not complete records of a relationship.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why the two birthday stories are easy to confuse
Both stories involve the same couple, affectionate language and social-media posts, but they occurred more than two years apart and moved in opposite directions. The January 2024 headline concerns West celebrating Censori; the June 2026 update concerns Censori celebrating West.
Complex’s June 2026 report likewise described Censori’s message as a birthday tribute to Ye. Reports differed on West’s age in the June 2026 coverage, so that disputed figure is not necessary to identify or understand the post.

The Bottom Line
