Spoiler note: Shueisha’s official MANGA Plus listing confirms the premise and main characters of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, but it does not identify anyone as “the new Satoru Gojo.” Without an official chapter-level source establishing the phrase’s referent, that framing should be treated as an unverified claim—not a confirmed identity, power inheritance, or reveal.
What is Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo?
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo is a manga credited on MANGA Plus by Shueisha to Gege Akutami and Yuji Iwasaki. Its official synopsis places the story in 2086, 68 years after the Culling Game. The arrival of an alien race called the Simurians puts the fate of the world in the hands of jujutsu sorcerers Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu.

MANGA Plus marks the series “Completed.” The listing shows Chapter 1, “Special Grade Incident,” dated September 7, 2025; Chapter 2, “Deterrence,” dated September 14, 2025; and Chapter 3, “Swimming Through the Forest,” dated September 21, 2025. Those are the early chapter dates displayed on the listing, not a complete publication schedule.
Does Modulo introduce a confirmed “new Satoru Gojo”?
Not on the evidence in the official series listing. Its synopsis does not use the phrase “new Satoru Gojo,” name Gojo, or say that a character inherits his abilities or role. It identifies Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu as central sorcerers, but that alone does not establish either as a successor to Gojo.

The phrase may be a headline or interpretation attached to a character or development, but the listing does not supply the chapter context needed to verify that interpretation. A definitive explanation would require an official chapter source that directly supports the identification and its context. Until then, claims about who the “new Gojo” is, what powers they have, or how they compare with Satoru Gojo go beyond what this source establishes.

- The story takes place in 2086, 68 years after the Culling Game.
- The Simurians’ arrival on Earth is the inciting situation described in the synopsis.
- Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu are the two sorcerers named as central to the conflict.
- The publisher’s MANGA Plus listing marks the series complete.
These confirmed details set up a new era and conflict; they do not, by themselves, confirm a Gojo successor. For the series listing and its official synopsis, see MANGA Plus by Shueisha.
