E! News reported in May 2021, citing online records, that a property associated with Kris Jenner sold for $20 million on December 11, 2020. Realtor.com likewise referred in 2026 to a $20 million Hidden Hills purchase in 2020. The available reporting does not establish the newer property’s precise area, a complete list of its amenities, or its current ownership and occupancy. That means the familiar descriptions of Jenner’s serene interiors, designer furniture, pool, and other features should not be presented as a tour of this $20 million house unless tied to a source that identifies the same property.

What does the Architectural Digest tour actually show?
The widely repeated interior details come from the separate home Jenner bought in 2017 and Architectural Digest toured in February 2019. Jenner said, “I wanted my home to feel like a sanctuary, perfectly calm and peaceful.” The tour describes an understated, largely monochromatic palette, rich upholstery, walnut floors, and a great room opening toward the pool through large sliding doors. The design was developed with Waldo Fernandez and Kathleen and Tommy Clements. The article identifies furnishings and design work by figures including Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé, Jean Royère, Pierre Guariche, Aldo Tura, Paolo Buffa, and Oscar Niemeyer. Those names help explain the home’s art- and design-led character, but they are not evidence about the newer $20 million estate.
