Recent reporting places her residence in the Lake Las Vegas area of Henderson, Nevada. A separate home she bought at The Summit Club was sold for $30 million in 2023; it is not the same property.
What is reported about Dion’s Lake Las Vegas home?
A September 2026 feature in Madame Figaro describes Dion’s residence as being in the Lake Las Vegas area of Henderson, away from the Las Vegas Strip. The article reports a home of about 800 square meters, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a separate residence for staff. These are details attributed to that publication’s reporting, not a property inventory confirmed directly by Dion or her representatives.
Those reported measurements offer a sense of scale, but they do not establish the property’s current market value. The familiar $1.2 million headline is about an earlier transaction.
Why do reports give different purchase figures?
The accounts differ in both date and what the amount describes. Newsner, in a September 2023 article, says Dion and her husband René Angélil bought the Henderson home in 2003 for a reported $1.2 million. The Las Vegas Review-Journal, reporting in May 2023, instead cites $1.17 million for the Lake Las Vegas lot in 2002 and says the home and lot were assessed at $4 million.

These are differing secondary accounts, and the figures do not describe precisely the same thing: one gives a reported home purchase amount, while the other identifies a lot price and a later assessment. The Review-Journal’s $4 million figure is an assessment attributed to Clark County records, not a market appraisal. None of these numbers should be presented as a current sale price or current valuation.

No. The $30 million sale concerned a different property at The Summit Club, in the Las Vegas area. Mansion Global and Architectural Digest reported that Dion bought that home in 2017 for $9.2 million and sold it off market for $30 million in 2023.

The Summit Club property should not be conflated with the Lake Las Vegas residence associated with the $1.2 million headline. The Review-Journal reported that Dion had not lived in the unfinished Summit Club home; Architectural Digest said it was unclear whether she ever moved in. Those reports do not establish that the sold Summit Club house was her current residence.
