Australia: the free legal video stream
During the live Test, 7plus carried Seven’s Ashes coverage for viewers in Australia. Channel Seven provided the free-to-air television broadcast, making 7plus the main answer for Australians looking for a free legal stream rather than a paid sports subscription.

7plus may require an account and normally applies device, service and location restrictions. Because the Test has ended, its live match tile may no longer appear. Check the official cricket area for any available replay or highlights rather than assuming that the former live link remains active.
Paid Australian alternatives included Kayo Sports and Foxtel, using Fox Cricket coverage. They are more relevant to viewers who want broader sports access or existing Foxtel service than to someone seeking only this completed Test.
For free audio, ABC provided radio commentary and updates. The ABC SPORT Rapid stream is an audio-focused option intended to reduce commentary delay; it is not live video.
UK and Ireland: TNT Sports for live video
TNT Sports held the live Ashes rights in the UK and Ireland, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. A subscription or qualifying television package was required for live video during the series.
The ECB listed free audio coverage through BBC Sounds, BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra and BBC Sport platforms, together with highlights and other digital coverage. BBC radio should not be confused with a free BBC live-video stream: do not assume that BBC iPlayer carried the complete live Test unless an official archive listing specifically confirms it.
United States and Canada: Willow
Willow was the designated broadcaster for the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the US Virgin Islands and American Samoa. Access could be available through Willow directly or through participating television and streaming distributors, including packages that carry Willow through Sling TV.
Do not advertise a free full Ashes stream in North America without current evidence. Willow’s free programming or branded channels do not prove that this completed Test is available free of charge. Check the Willow FAQ and the official subscription page for current plans, device support and archive availability.
If Willow is missing, confirm that your account is in a supported territory, check whether a distributor rather than Willow manages your subscription, verify the channel lineup and try a supported browser or television device.

These labels are not a guarantee that every service covered every territory or that its archive remains available. Use Cricket Australia’s territory-by-territory guide and the local broadcaster’s current schedule.
When did the third Test start?
The Adelaide Test was scheduled for December 17–21, 2025, at Adelaide Oval. The listed first-ball time was 10:30 a.m. AEDT on December 17. Approximate conversions for the original start were:
- Adelaide: 10:30 a.m. ACDT
- Sydney and Melbourne: 11:00 a.m. local time
- Perth: 7:30 a.m. AWST
- United Kingdom: approximately midnight GMT on December 17
- US Eastern: approximately 7:00 p.m. ET on December 16

How to find a replay, highlights or the score
Full replay
A complete replay may be restricted by subscription, territory or a limited archive window. Start with the broadcaster that held rights in your country, then check its cricket or Ashes archive. A former live page does not guarantee that the full five-day match is still on demand.
Highlights
Check the official Cricket Australia match centre, Cricket Australia’s official YouTube coverage, the ECB and the relevant broadcaster. Availability can differ by country.
Audio and score updates
ABC radio was the free Australian audio route. UK listeners could use BBC Sounds, BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra and BBC Sport audio coverage. Cricket Australia also promoted radio options through its CA Live app. For a scorecard and match information, use the official Cricket Australia match centre rather than an unverified streaming page.

- You are outside the rights territory: 7plus and other services commonly restrict video by location.
- Registration is incomplete: an account, verification step or supported device may be required.
- The package is wrong: Willow may be supplied by a distributor whose channel lineup differs by plan.
- The page is outdated: old Ashes articles can remain visible in search results after rights expire.
Confirm the date, use the broadcaster’s official website or app, check its current archive and distinguish live video from audio and highlights. If video is unavailable, an official radio service is usually the simplest legal fallback.
Why unofficial “free streams” are a bad substitute
Do not rely on pirate streams, mirror sites or social-media restreams. They can disappear during play, provide poor video or commentary, and expose viewers to malware, deceptive pop-ups, fake player buttons and payment or account fraud.
A VPN may change your apparent location, but it does not guarantee access or make viewing lawful. It can conflict with a broadcaster’s terms and cannot replace a territory-specific licence. The safer approach is to use the official free service where one exists, choose legal audio or highlights, or check the licensed broadcaster in your country.
