What is “Severance” season 2 about?
“Severance” follows Mark Scout and his colleagues at Lumon Industries. The employees have undergone a procedure that surgically separates their work memories from their memories outside the office. Their “innies” know the workplace but not their outside lives, while their “outies” retain their personal memories but do not remember what happens at work.
In season 2, Mark and his friends face the consequences of interfering with the boundary between their professional and personal identities. That is the broad official premise; the show’s mysteries and character developments are best experienced without reading a detailed recap first.
Cast and creative team
The season-two ensemble includes Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Patricia Arquette, and Sarah Bock.
