You can’t watch a current Pac-12 Network channel on YouTube TV. The former Pac-12 Networks signed off on June 30, 2024. The reorganized conference’s games are now split among broadcasters including CBS, CBS Sports Network, USA Network and The CW, with some events also available through separate streaming or digital outlets. To find a game, search for its team or matchup and check which network is carrying it.
Why Pac-12 Network is not on YouTube TV
The original Pac-12 Networks ceased broadcasting on June 30, 2024. This is not a recent YouTube TV channel removal: there is no longer a standalone Pac-12 Network channel to add. Older channel guides may describe past arrangements and are not reliable for current games.
The conference relaunched with a new nine-member structure on July 1, 2026. Its 2026 football schedule is distributed through multiple media partners rather than one dedicated Pac-12 channel. That means the right place to watch depends on the specific game.

Where to look for 2026 Pac-12 games
The conference’s 2026 football distribution names CBS Sports, USA Sports and The CW. The official schedule announcement identifies the event-by-event destinations; check it because no one network carries every game.

For example, the 2026 Pac-12 Championship Game is scheduled for Friday, December 4, at 5 p.m., on CBS and Paramount+. Check the official schedule for any updated details and for the outlet assigned to other games.

Check your YouTube TV lineup by ZIP code
- Open YouTube TV’s Available locations & networks page or its signup/channel-check flow.
- Enter your home ZIP code to see the applicable local stations and networks.
- Check CBS and The CW as local stations, and check CBS Sports Network and USA Network separately as national networks.
- Verify the channels are part of your actual membership, not merely shown in a general directory. Recheck before signing up because lineups and plan details can change.
YouTube TV says channel availability depends on the home area. A listing for CBS does not guarantee that every game is available in every location, and CBS Sports Network is not the same channel as a local CBS affiliate.

Find and record a game
- Open the YouTube TV app or website and select Search.
- Search for the school, matchup, event or network—not just “Pac-12 Network.”
- Open the event result to check its start time, broadcaster and availability.
- If there is no result, check the official Pac-12 schedule and the listed broadcaster’s schedule. The event may be on another network or digital platform.
- You can also browse the Live tab on game day. If the listing offers it, select Add to library to record the event.

If the game isn’t available on YouTube TV
- It’s on CBS: Check your local CBS station. For the announced championship stream, the Pac-12 lists Paramount+ as a separate option; YouTube TV does not automatically provide a Paramount+ subscription.
- It’s on The CW: Check whether your local CW station is available through YouTube TV. Depending on the event’s rights and local availability, an over-the-air station or The CW’s own app may also be an option.
- It’s on CBS Sports Network or USA Network: Confirm the network is included in your current YouTube TV membership. If it is not, consider another provider that carries it.
- It’s offered digitally: Look for an event-specific announcement from the conference or broadcaster. Selected content on the Pac-12 YouTube channel is ordinary YouTube, not the YouTube TV lineup, and does not mean every game is free online.
- You only need an over-the-air station: An antenna may receive a local CBS or CW broadcast if the station carries the game and is within reception range. It will not provide cable networks such as USA Network or CBS Sports Network.
Troubleshooting common problems
- Searching for the old channel returns nothing: That is expected. Search by team, matchup or the game’s announced broadcaster.
- The game appears, but playback is blocked: Rights restrictions can depend on location, device, platform and the specific program. Check the broadcaster’s listing and YouTube TV’s viewing restrictions help.
- You’re traveling in the U.S.: Local channels may change with your current location. YouTube TV is a U.S.-only service and does not provide programming access while traveling internationally. See YouTube TV’s travel and home-area guidance.
- A VPN or proxy is enabled: It may interfere with location verification or playback. YouTube TV requires location information to determine availability.
- You’re using YouTube, not YouTube TV: They are separate products. A free stream or clip on YouTube does not establish that the same event is in YouTube TV’s paid channel guide.
- You expect a YouTube TV login to unlock every network app: TV Everywhere access works only for supported networks and eligible programs. A login cannot restore the discontinued Pac-12 Network app or substitute for a separate Paramount+ subscription. Check YouTube TV’s network authentication guidance.
The practical rule is to start with the game, not the former channel name: check the official event schedule, identify its broadcaster, then confirm that broadcaster’s availability in your YouTube TV market.
