Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 4 is the Hashira Training Arc, and all eight episodes have already been released. Crunchyroll was the officially announced streaming home for the arc in India. The original run began on May 12, 2024, and concluded on June 30, 2024; there is no Season 4 release date still to wait for.
Where to watch Demon Slayer Season 4 in India
Search Crunchyroll for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc. Crunchyroll announced the arc for streaming from May 12, 2024, explicitly including India among the territories. Crunchyroll’s announcement described the release as exclusive streaming for the arc. The official series page and episode listings use the series and arc titles, so “Hashira Training Arc” is the most dependable search term if a Season 4 label is not shown.
Netflix, JioHotstar, and other services should not be assumed to carry the arc in India: streaming catalogues differ by country, and no current India-specific listing for those services is established here. A Prime Video listing may be connected to a separate Crunchyroll channel or trial rather than included with a standard Prime membership. Check the in-app offer and playback terms before subscribing; the listing is at Prime Video.
Season 4 release schedule
The official schedule covered eight weekly episodes. The dates below are the dates announced for the release run; India-time entries are approximate conversions from Crunchyroll’s Pacific Time schedule, not India-specific times published by the service. The applicable 2024 daylight-saving offset was used, and platform publishing could vary by a few minutes.

Crunchyroll’s published schedule listed Episodes 1–3 and Episode 8 at 11:45 a.m. Pacific Time, and Episodes 4–7 at 8:45 a.m. Pacific Time. That timing change is why the India conversions do not all fall at the same hour. See the full official release schedule.
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English audio
Crunchyroll announced that Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu dubs began on June 9, 2024. The English dub began on June 30, 2024. Episode pages list multiple audio choices, including Japanese and dubbed options; the precise choices can vary by episode, territory, device, or app. Check the audio selector on the episode you are watching rather than assuming every option appears everywhere.

Choose audio and subtitles separately in the player. For example, Japanese audio can be paired with subtitles where offered; selecting a dub does not necessarily select the subtitle language you want.

In this arc, Tanjiro joins the Hashira training as the Demon Slayer Corps prepares for its coming confrontation with Muzan. It is the fourth television arc commonly referred to internationally as Season 4, following the Swordsmith Village Arc. Crunchyroll’s release announcement uses the official arc title and synopsis.

Is the To the Hashira Training film the same as Season 4?
No. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Hashira Training was a theatrical compilation and preview, combining preceding material with an early screening of the television arc’s first episode. The complete Season 4 is the eight-episode TV arc. Watching the film is optional if you are watching the full television arc, and viewing both can repeat opening material. The film had an Indian theatrical release in February 2024; its current streaming availability in India is not confirmed here. Film release background.
What to watch before Hashira Training
- Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc (Season 1)
- Mugen Train film or the Mugen Train Arc television version
- Entertainment District Arc
- Swordsmith Village Arc
- Hashira Training Arc (Season 4)
The film and television version of Mugen Train cover substantially overlapping story material, so watching both is optional rather than necessary to follow the story.

Why the arc may not appear in your app
- Search for “Hashira Training Arc” or the full title, not only “Season 4”; services may organize episodes by arc rather than numbered season.
- Confirm you are browsing the India catalogue. A listing seen in another country does not establish Indian availability.
- Open the arc or season selector on the series page and check that you are viewing the correct entry.
- Update the app, then reopen the episode and check audio and subtitles separately in the player.
- If accessing through Prime Video, confirm whether the offer requires a separate Crunchyroll channel subscription; do not assume it is part of Prime.
What comes after Season 4?
The story continues with the Infinity Castle finale, which is being handled as a film trilogy rather than a conventional weekly Season 5. The current Indian theatrical or streaming availability of those films is a separate, date-sensitive question and is not established here.
