The live-action Arrowverse Crisis on Infinite Earths is a five-part television crossover. Watch the episodes in this order: Supergirl S5E9, Batwoman S1E9, The Flash S6E9, Arrow S8E8, then DC’s Legends of Tomorrow S5E1. The story moves between shows, so follow the crossover order—not the order of the series.
This guide is for the live-action TV event, not the separate animated Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths trilogy. You can watch the five core episodes without completing the Arrowverse first.

DC’s announcement of the crossover confirms its five-part structure and sequence: it begins with Supergirl, continues through Batwoman and The Flash, then concludes with Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow. Part Five is the opening episode of Legends Season 5, not a separate special.
Where to watch in the U.S.
As reported in August 2026, U.S. availability is split: Netflix for Parts One, Three, and Five; Max/HBO Max for Part Two; and Pluto TV for Part Four. Recent Arrowverse streaming coverage reports that Arrow left Netflix on December 18, 2025, and is listed on Pluto TV. A U.S.-focused 2026 viewing guide lists the services for the individual parts.

Streaming catalogs change, and availability can vary by country, plan, device, and date. Check that the service carries the relevant season and playable episode before subscribing. These listings are not a guarantee that every episode remains available now, nor that all five are included in one subscription.
- Search for the series name, then open the season shown in the table.
- Check the episode number and confirm the title has the matching numbered “Crisis on Infinite Earths” part.
- Finish each episode before switching to the next series.
- If the episode is hard to find, search by its exact series and number: Supergirl S5E9, Batwoman S1E9, The Flash S6E9, Arrow S8E8, or Legends of Tomorrow S5E1.
If you already subscribe to Netflix, Max, or another service, check your existing access first. Pluto TV is listed as a free, ad-supported option for Arrow, but verify that Season 8 and the episode are actually playable. If one installment is missing from your subscriptions, compare the cost of a legitimate individual purchase with adding another service; prices and purchase availability were not verified here. Catalogs and service terms differ by region, so a VPN is not a dependable substitute for checking local legal options.

No. If you want the crossover itself, start at Part One and follow the five-part list. DC’s announcement describes the event as approachable without completing extensive setup, though viewers who know the shows will catch more character history and references.

For a little more context without embarking on a full franchise rewatch, watch the episodes leading into the event:
- Supergirl Season 5, Episodes 1–8
- Batwoman Season 1, Episodes 1–8
- The Flash Season 6, Episodes 1–8
- Arrow Season 8, Episodes 1–7
Legends of Tomorrow Season 5 begins with the crossover itself. Black Lightning has a related episode, but it is not needed to understand the five core parts.
For a fuller continuity rewatch
Watch the earlier crossover Elseworlds before the immediate prelude episodes if you want more of the story’s buildup and character context. Other earlier Arrowverse crossovers, including Invasion! and Crisis on Earth-X, can add background, but they are optional. A useful route is Elseworlds, the immediate prelude episodes listed above, the five Crisis parts, and then the post-event episodes of whichever series you want to continue. You do not need to watch every Arrowverse series in one strict order.
Is Black Lightning part of the event?
Black Lightning Season 3, Episode 9, “The Book of Resistance: Chapter Four: Earth Crisis,” is a related tie-in, not one of the five numbered crossover installments. For a simple, spoiler-conscious watch, complete the five core parts first and then watch the tie-in. Some guides count six episodes when including it; the main crossover remains five parts.
The animated Justice League trilogy is separate
Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths is a separate animated film trilogy, not another set of Arrowverse episodes. Watch those films in numerical order:
- Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part One
- Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part Two
- Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths — Part Three
The TV event and animated trilogy have distinct continuities; neither belongs in the other’s watch order. DC discusses the live-action event as its own interpretation of the multiverse in its overview of the multiverse’s history. The original Crisis on Infinite Earths comics are also separate and are not required viewing for the TV crossover.
