To run Kannada bhakti songs as a 24/7 YouTube live stream, you need two things: a setup that can keep the broadcast running and permission to broadcast every song and recording. Verify that your channel is eligible to stream, clear the rights track by track, coordinate any Content ID allowlisting, then choose a streaming method that fits your equipment and uptime needs. YouTube’s guidance explains how to start a live stream but does not prescribe a 24/7 hardware, connection or backup design.
1. Check that your channel can go live
YouTube’s current live-stream setup guidance says the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days. Check eligibility before preparing a schedule or playlist. YouTube describes mobile, webcam and encoder workflows; it does not require a particular encoder or computer specification. 2. Clear the rights to every song and recording
Do not assume a devotional song is free to rebroadcast because it is traditional, religious, publicly available or already on YouTube. A song’s composition and the particular sound recording are distinct rights to check. YouTube’s livestream terms make the channel provider responsible for necessary rights to exploit live content worldwide, including music rights from artists, record labels, publishers and other royalty participants. Build a track-by-track rights record
Before scheduling the stream, record the title, composer or other known rights information, performer, recording source and rights contact for each item. Get written permission that covers the intended live broadcast, the territories where it will be available, the period of use and any archive or replay you plan to retain. Ask explicitly whether the permission covers both the musical work and the specific recording. YouTube’s platform terms are not a country-by-country legal guide; they do not establish whether any particular Kannada song or recording is public domain or available for continuous-stream licensing.

3. Coordinate Content ID before going live
YouTube scans live streams for matches to third-party content. If it detects a match, it may replace the live broadcast with a placeholder and interrupt or terminate the stream if the material remains. A license alone may not prevent that interruption: YouTube says the rights owner may need to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Contact the rights owner in advance and confirm that the allowlisting step is complete before broadcasting. Read YouTube’s live copyright guidance.
4. Choose a way to keep the broadcast running
YouTube describes mobile, webcam and encoder routes for starting a stream, but its cited setup guidance does not compare them for continuous operation or give a 24/7 reliability specification. Choose based on your available equipment, desired control and ability to monitor failures—not on an assumption that YouTube guarantees a particular setup will stay live.

Mobile or webcam
These are routes YouTube describes for going live. Consider whether the device and connection you have can remain available for the hours you intend to broadcast, and how you will notice and respond if the stream stops. The guidance does not specify a device model, power arrangement or continuous-run capability.
Software encoder
YouTube also describes using an encoder. This offers a software-based way to send a live broadcast, but the cited official guidance does not mandate an encoder, computer specification, bitrate, resolution, keyframe interval or other technical setting for a 24/7 Kannada music stream. Do not treat generic settings as a YouTube requirement; choose settings based on your source material, connection and encoder, and verify them in the current encoder and YouTube setup interfaces.

Plan uptime and recovery separately
Decide what downtime you can tolerate, who will monitor the stream, how you will learn that it has stopped and what steps you can take to restore it. Consider your equipment, internet service and any backup power or connection you need. The official guidance cited here does not specify a required connection, redundancy design or acceptable outage level, so there is no evidence-based universal 24/7 hardware recipe.
5. Avoid relying on Creator Music for a live broadcast
YouTube says tracks available for licensing or revenue sharing through Creator Music can be used in long-form videos, not live streams. The licensed-track revenue described in that guidance applies to watch-page views, not live streams. A Creator Music listing or video license is therefore not sufficient permission for this live use unless YouTube’s current terms expressly change. Check YouTube’s Creator Music usage details.
