Manga spoilers: No—Gabimaru survives the completed Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku manga. His goal in the concluding volume is to return to his wife, Yui, and an ending guide reports that the two reunite. This is the manga’s ending; it should not be taken as a claim that the anime has already adapted it.
What happens to Gabimaru at the end?
Gabimaru does not die in the manga’s conclusion. VIZ’s synopsis for Volume 13, the final volume, centers on his effort to return to his wife, Yui. The reunion itself is reported by a secondary ending guide; VIZ’s synopsis establishes his goal, rather than narrating the reunion scene. VIZ’s Volume 13 page identifies the book as the conclusion of the series.

The story’s ending is therefore not a death for Gabimaru, but a return to the life he has been trying to reach. The survival and reunion details are reported in CBR’s ending guide.
Is this the anime’s ending too?
No conclusion about the anime’s coverage follows from the manga ending alone. The manga is complete, while the anime is a separate adaptation; the sources cited here do not establish that the anime has reached or adapted the manga’s finale. If you are watching only the anime, the answer above reveals the manga’s outcome and may spoil a later point in the story.

How the manga reaches its conclusion
VIZ identifies Yuji Kaku’s manga as a Jump+ series that ran from 2018 to 2021. Its catalog lists Chapter 127, and Volume 13 is designated the concluding volume. VIZ lists the final volume’s release date as March 15, 2022. VIZ’s chapter listing and Volume 13 listing provide the publication details.
Readers who want the ending in context can read the final volume rather than relying on a plot summary. VIZ lists both print and digital editions on its Volume 13 page.

Why Gabimaru’s fate is not a simple prediction
Creator Yuji Kaku said in an official interview that he considered both survival and death as possibilities for every character: “ただ、基本的に全キャラクターに対して、生き残る可能性と、死ぬ可能性の両方を考えてはいました。” This describes his general approach to writing character outcomes; it is not a specific explanation of Gabimaru’s final scene. The VIZ interview with Kaku also discusses his willingness to choose a character’s death if survival would feel contrived.
