Hanna and Haley Cavinder said they had matching breast augmentations in July 2025. Later reporting described their implants as 190 cc Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix devices placed under the muscle, and the twins said they wanted a natural look with some shape beneath a T-shirt. Those details come from media reports and the sisters’ public comments—not medical records or an independent confirmation of their results.
What the Cavinder twins revealed about their results
The twins announced their procedures in July 2025 and shared updates as they recovered. The Miami Herald reported on July 17, 2025, that the sisters had said the procedures went according to plan. In a social-media caption reproduced by the paper, they described wanting a natural look and “a little shape under a T-shirt.” The Herald noted that the caption also served as an advertisement.
A later AOL article republishing a PEOPLE interview, published May 30, 2026, identified their implants as low-profile, under-the-muscle, 190 cc mini Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix implants. The Miami Herald had earlier reported that they used silicone implants from Motiva USA and named Fort Worth-based plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Kurkjian.
These are details attributed to reporting and public posts. The available accounts do not include medical records, operative notes or a statement from the surgeon, so they do not independently verify the procedure or its clinical outcome.

How the twins described their reasons
Their stated aesthetic goal was modest: a natural appearance with some shape under clothing. After their first post-surgery appearance, they also pushed back against comments suggesting their breasts would become the focus. In an On3 report published July 19, 2025, Haley said she did not want her breasts to be “the main focus.” Hanna similarly said they did not want people to look at them and think only about breasts.
In the May 2026 PEOPLE interview republished by AOL, the sisters connected speaking openly about the experience with confidence and body positivity. Haley said: “Whatever you want to do, whatever you want to stand with, it’s your body and how you feel your most confident self is what you should do at the end of the day.” Hanna said: “I would just say, whatever you spread will always come back to [you], whether it’s body positivity, anything in life.” She also asked, “If you’re happy with yourself, what else matters?”

Why their ages differ across reports
The July 2025 Miami Herald story described Hanna and Haley as 24; the May 2026 PEOPLE interview republished by AOL described them as 25. The difference reflects the dates of publication, not conflicting ages for the same point in time.
