Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsShort answer: Gyre is easier to evaluate if you need a continuous playlist, scheduler, and multiple simultaneous streams because its published plan matrix spells out those limits. OneStream Live documents prerecorded streaming and scheduling, but its 24/7 YouTube terms are unclear: its help center says Enterprise is required, while its pricing page separately advertises a $30/month 24-hour YouTube stream. Confirm the plan and total price with OneStream before buying. If you want a simpler YouTube-only cloud option, StreamNeo is another alternative: one flat price per slot for uploaded video up to 4K 60fps, with the first day free.
What matters when choosing a service
For a looping pre-recorded YouTube livestream, the important question is not just whether a service can play a video. Check whether the plan supports the run length you need, playlists or a single repeating file, scheduling, your required resolution, enough concurrent streams, and sufficient storage. Both Gyre and OneStream Live describe cloud-based workflows that send prerecorded content as a live broadcast; neither service’s product documentation establishes that using it will increase audience growth or revenue.

Gyre plans: published monthly prices and limits
Gyre’s English pricing page, accessed October 3, 2026, lists these monthly plans and a seven-day free trial. Plan details and prices can change, so verify them on the live pricing page before purchase.

OneStream Live: features and the 24/7 pricing question
OneStream Live’s help material describes uploading prerecorded video, creating playlists, and scheduling broadcasts. Its help center says you can schedule prerecorded streams up to 60 days in advance; its looping instructions allow a video to repeat up to 60 times in one broadcast. Advanced scheduling is supported on Standard and higher plans. These are separate capabilities from its dedicated 24/7 mode, so check which feature and plan apply to your intended setup. See its prerecorded streaming help, scheduling article, and looping instructions.
The dedicated 24/7 article says the feature is exclusive to YouTube, requires Enterprise, and allows a scheduled run of up to 30 days. Separately, OneStream’s pricing page advertises “Run a 24-hour YouTube stream for only $30/month.” The published information does not explain whether that advertised price is an add-on, which base plan qualifies, or whether the 30-day maximum applies. Ask OneStream to confirm eligibility and the full recurring price in writing before comparing it with another service: 24/7 help article and pricing page.

What the free plan can and cannot test
OneStream Live’s free plan is described as available indefinitely, but prerecorded broadcasts are limited to 15 minutes, maximum resolution is 720p, uploaded-media storage is 1 GB, and playlist streaming is unavailable. That is not a meaningful test of a long continuous playlist. OneStream free-plan details.
Which service fits your use case?
- For a clearly specified Gyre playlist plan: compare Start+ and PRO+ if playlists and scheduling are essential; choose between them based on the published stream and storage capacity.
- For OneStream Live scheduling or broader multistreaming: its prerecorded-streaming tools may fit, but confirm the destination and plan features you need. For continuous YouTube operation, resolve the Enterprise-versus-$30/month discrepancy with OneStream first.
- For a single video repeated rather than a playlist: OneStream’s help documents looping up to 60 repeats per broadcast. Gyre’s plan page emphasizes playlist and scheduler availability by tier, so confirm the exact single-video looping workflow you intend to use.
- For a cloud YouTube stream with straightforward per-slot pricing: StreamNeo is an alternative to consider first if your video is uploaded content and you want an always-on stream without keeping a computer running. It streams to YouTube only.
How to stream prerecorded video live on YouTube
The exact button names vary by provider, but the reliable sequence is to prepare the content and YouTube destination, configure the broadcast in the cloud service, then verify the live output in YouTube before relying on it.

- Check rights and YouTube suitability. Use video, music, and other material you have permission to broadcast. A live format does not grant rights to copyrighted material. Review YouTube’s Community Guidelines and applicable copyright requirements; consider whether a continuously repeated program provides meaningful original value rather than relying on repetition alone.
- Prepare the source file or playlist. Confirm that the files play correctly, have the intended audio, and fit the storage and quality limits of the selected plan. If you need scheduled changes in programming, use a plan that explicitly includes playlists and scheduling.
- Set up the YouTube broadcast destination. In YouTube Studio, create or select the live stream and copy its stream key. Treat the key as a password: do not publish it or share it with anyone who should not control your stream.
- Connect the service and choose the run pattern. In Gyre, upload to Gyre Storage, arrange the playlist, connect YouTube, and start or schedule the broadcast. In OneStream, upload the video or playlist, choose YouTube, set stream details, and schedule it; for the dedicated 24/7 option, first confirm the required plan and run limits with OneStream.
- Verify the stream in YouTube Studio. Check that the correct video and audio are live, the title and visibility are right, and the stream remains active after the service starts. Keep the key private and monitor the first run for any warnings or interruption.
- Plan the next run before the current one ends. Confirm whether the service loops automatically, how many repeats or days it supports, and whether it resumes after a dropped connection. Do not assume a scheduled broadcast will renew indefinitely unless the plan documentation explicitly says so.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. StreamNeo loops uploaded video from the cloud, so no computer or home connection has to stay on. Every slot streams the video as uploaded, up to 4K 60fps, at one flat price per slot; there are no quality tiers or re-encoding. It automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card required.
After the free day, the monthly option is $9.99 per month. You can see the service details at StreamNeo and its pricing page, or start the free day.

Troubleshooting common problems
- The stream does not start: Check that the YouTube stream key was copied correctly, the intended YouTube event is selected, and the service is authorized to use that destination. If you changed or reset the key in YouTube Studio, update it in the streaming service.
- The broadcast ends sooner than expected: Check whether you configured a single broadcast, a limited number of repeats, or a scheduled run with a maximum duration. OneStream’s dedicated 24/7 article specifies up to 30 days per scheduled run; its general loop instructions specify up to 60 repeats.
- A playlist or scheduler option is missing: Check the tier. Gyre lists neither feature on Start; OneStream lists advanced scheduling on Standard and higher, while its free plan does not support playlist streaming.
- The upload fails or storage runs out: Compare the file’s size with available plan storage, then remove unneeded uploads or select a plan with adequate capacity. Gyre publishes storage by tier; OneStream’s free plan lists 1 GB.
- The stream looks or sounds wrong: Verify the original file before uploading, then inspect the selected video, audio, and destination settings. A cloud service cannot restore quality or sound absent from the source recording.
- YouTube interrupts or restricts the broadcast: Review the warning in YouTube Studio and address its stated issue, including rights or policy concerns. A streaming service cannot make unauthorized material permissible.
