Only two wrestlers can be responsibly connected to action-film appearances from the evidence available here: Trish Stratus in Bounty Hunters (2011) and Ronda Rousey in coverage tied to Mile 22. That is not enough to support a factual list of eight. The distinction matters: a film about a wrestler, a promotional appearance, and an acting credit are not interchangeable.

Trish Stratus in Bounty Hunters (2011)
WWE’s February 23, 2012 interview with Trish Stratus identifies Bounty Hunters as her movie debut and names her character as Jules Taylor. Stratus discussed the film’s fight scenes and her preparation, including learning Krav Maga. She also said she performed her own stunts.
Describing the movie, Stratus said: “What makes this movie are two things: the fight scenes are amazing, and this movie was supposed to be a straight-up action flick.” Asked whether she did her own stunts, she answered: “I did, of course. I wouldn’t have it any other way!” WWE’s interview also records a DVD release.
Ronda Rousey and Mile 22
WWE’s premiere coverage of Mile 22 shows Rousey discussing the film and director Peter Berg’s view of her as more than a fighter. The available page establishes that connection and the promotional context, but does not provide a detailed character description or establish the prominence of her part. It is therefore safer to identify this as a documented film connection than to assign her a specific role or billing.

Why the list cannot honestly reach eight
The evidence supports one well-described action-film role and one less fully detailed film connection. It does not establish six additional female wrestlers with individually verified action-film acting credits. A secondary IMDb list names The Expendables 3 and Furious 7 among Rousey’s projects, but that lead alone is not sufficient to support precise role descriptions here.
Filling the remaining places by relying on vague filmographies would blur important distinctions: a full acting role is different from a cameo, stunt work, promotional appearance, or a movie whose story is about a wrestler. Without reliable confirmation for each person and credit, an eight-name roster would overstate what is established.

A film about a wrestler is not automatically an action-film credit
Fighting with My Family is a comedy based on Paige’s real story. WWE’s 2019 home-video announcement confirms its Digital, Blu-ray, DVD, and On Demand release, but does not establish Paige as an actor in an action movie. The film is relevant to stories about wrestling, not evidence for an action-film acting credit.

How to assess wrestler filmographies
- Look for a source that identifies the performer’s acting credit, not merely a premiere appearance or promotional interview.
- Use the film title and year, and include the character or role prominence only when a reliable source establishes them.
- Keep acting, stunt work, cameos, and films about a wrestler in separate categories.
