Prime Video later changed the release time for Episodes 7 and 8. Both final episodes arrived at 6:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 p.m. ET on Tuesdays—January 27 and February 3, respectively. Schedule pages that still show a midnight-Pacific Wednesday release for those episodes reflect the earlier plan rather than the final announced timing.
Why do some listings say December 17?
The disagreement comes from time zones and two different date conventions. Amazon’s U.S. programming announcement identified December 16 as the premiere date, and the U.S. early-release time was 6:00 p.m. Pacific / 9:00 p.m. Eastern on that Tuesday. Other listings described the launch as December 17 because they used a 12:00 a.m. PT Wednesday release date or referred to markets where December 17 was the local calendar date.
So the clearest U.S. answer is: Fallout Season 2 began Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 p.m. ET. Viewers in other countries should use the release date displayed by Prime Video in their region.

What about Season 3?
Amazon has renewed Fallout for Season 3 and says it is in production. No Season 3 release date has been announced in the official update cited for this schedule. A predicted date should not be treated as an official premiere date.
