Where the Perth dates sat in the tour
Frontier Touring and MG Live announced the Australia and New Zealand Loop Tour on 22 July 2025. The itinerary covered five Australian cities—Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide—and three New Zealand cities: Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Frontier’s announcement said the tour would follow the scheduled 12 September 2025 release of Play.
A 12 January 2026 tour-launch update described the itinerary as a 17-show stadium run and said the live set would include new music from Play alongside songs from Sheeran’s catalogue. Frontier’s 2025 announcement reported more than 2.5 million tickets sold across Australia and New Zealand to date; that is the promoter’s figure as of that announcement, not an independently verified attendance audit.

Historical ticket and entry details
Ticketmaster was the authorized ticketing agency for Perth. Frontier’s FAQ and event terms warned that tickets purchased elsewhere were not guaranteed and could be cancelled or refused at entry. Those instructions applied to the completed 2026 shows; they do not offer a way to attend now.
Ticket categories and delivery
The FAQ listed general admission and reserved seating, with availability varying by show. Reserved seats were allocated at purchase and shown on the ticket and confirmation. Prices depended on the show and ticket category; the promoter directed buyers to each date page for prices at the time.

Tickets were mobile or digital through the authorized agency’s app. The FAQ said physical tickets would not be posted or emailed in advance and that barcodes would activate close to the event. This is historical information only: a ticketing app or barcode cannot provide entry to a completed performance.
Other event-specific conditions
- Frontier’s terms set a limit of six tickets per customer per show.
- The events were scheduled to proceed rain or shine. The terms recommended raincoats or ponchos for wet weather and prohibited umbrellas, tents and sunshades.
- The FAQ directed accessible-booking enquiries to the authorized ticketing agency. It listed Auslan interpretation for selected Australian shows, including Perth on 31 January; availability was show-specific.
These were terms for the 2026 tour and should not be treated as general rules for future events at Optus Stadium.

- HIGH FIDELITY EAR PLUGS - You may experience muffling when you wear foam-based ones. But those days are gone. You will be able to hear different sound frequencies and talk to people with these HIFI earplugs since they reduce noise evenly and maintain the full frequency.
- ECO-FRIENDLY DESIGN - These hypoallergenic silicone earplugs are washable and reusable, so if you keep them right, they will stay with you for years. In contrast, the Polyurethane foam takes up to 5 years to degrade in nature. So it's cool to have personalized and exclusive silicone earplugs!
- NOISE REDUCTION 23dB - The acoustic filter elements in the ear plug can reduce the volume by 23 dB, which is an ideal value for concerts or band rehearsals. So you can do more of what you love while minimizing the risk of noise-induced hearing loss, tinnitus, and anxiety.
- REURE CAN PROTECT YOU ANYWHERE - The compact case protects your earplugs. You can attach it on your key chain, jeans, or backpack and it can follow you anywhere. Ideal for concerts, noise sensitivity, tinnitus relief, motorcycles, musicians, sports events, flying, sleeping noise cancelling, etc.
- PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE - Every order comes with two pairs of different-sized ear plugs so that you can have the most comfortable experience. If you have any problems when you are using it, please get in touch with our support team to get the best after-sales service 🙂
Support acts and the connection to Play
Frontier’s January 2026 launch article named Vance Joy and Mia Wray among the supporting acts across Australia and New Zealand. It said BIIRD joined New Zealand and Perth dates, while Aaron Rowe joined Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
The tour announcement tied the run to Play, and the launch update described new album music alongside catalogue songs. These sources do not establish which physical CD or vinyl editions were available, their prices, or current retailer stock; they also do not show that a particular album edition was sold as a Perth tour souvenir.
