How the animation was made
The production combines newly created hand-drawn animation with CG and live-action material. Disney’s October 10, 2023 production feature identifies Eric Goldberg as head of hand-drawn animation and Andrew Feliciano as head of CG animation. It estimates that about 80 percent of the characters in the short are hand-drawn; that figure is Disney’s production estimate, not an independently measured statistic.
