Disney+ does not publish a clear current U.S. cap on the total number of devices that can be signed in. The limit most people run into is up to four devices streaming Disney+ at the same time. Eligible plans can also download content on up to 10 supported mobile devices—a separate limit that does not mean 10 devices can stream at once.
These figures reflect Disney’s U.S.-focused help information available as of August 16, 2026. Rules for bundles and people outside your Household can differ.

Disney’s Subscriber Agreement says concurrent-stream limits may depend on plan tier or content and can change. The four-stream figure is the current number stated in Disney’s Help Center; do not assume every service in a bundle follows it.
How many devices can watch Disney+ at once?
For Disney+ viewing by the subscriber and people in the Household, Disney currently says up to four devices can stream simultaneously. A TV, phone, tablet, computer browser, game console, or streaming player counts when it is actively playing video. Four devices merely signed in are not necessarily four active streams.

If four streams are already in use, another device may be able to sign in but get blocked when it tries to play a title. The key distinction is playback, not how many screens have the app installed or an account session saved.
Is there a maximum number of devices that can log in?
Disney’s current U.S. public documentation does not give a definitive total number of devices that may be signed in or associated with an account. Its Manage Devices feature shows recently active devices and lets you sign out selected sessions; it is not described as a permanent, comprehensive registration list.
Be cautious of older claims that Disney+ allows only four total logins or exactly 10 registered devices. The official 10-device figure applies to downloads on supported mobile devices, not clearly to all account sign-ins.

Profiles are different from devices and streams
A Disney+ subscription can have up to seven profiles, according to Disney’s Getting started with Disney+ information. Profiles keep recommendations, watch history, and parental-control settings separate. They do not give each profile its own stream allowance: seven profiles can still share the same four-stream ceiling.
How many devices can download Disney+ content?
On an eligible plan, Disney+ allows downloads on up to 10 supported mobile devices, subject to available storage. Disney lists supported categories including iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Amazon Fire tablets, Meta Quest, and Apple Vision Pro. Check Disney’s downloads guidance for supported devices and current details.
Downloads are not available on TV-connected devices or computers, including Windows 10 and 11 tablets, according to Disney’s offline-download troubleshooting page. Disney says downloads are unavailable on ad-supported plans, and a device must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to retain downloaded content. Logging out removes downloads from that device.

If there is no Download button, check that your device is supported, your plan includes downloads, the title is downloadable, and the device has enough storage.
What to do if Disney+ says too many devices are streaming
Disney Error Code 75 means the account is streaming on more devices than the current plan allows. The message may say, “You’re streaming on the max number of devices for your subscription.” Disney’s Error Code 75 help page advises ending a stream on another device.
- Stop playback on a TV, phone, tablet, browser, console, or streaming player that is no longer being used.
- Wait briefly, then try playing the title again. A signed-in but idle device is not necessarily an active stream, though an app session can sometimes remain stale.
- If you still get the error, review recent devices and sign out of any unfamiliar or unused session using the steps below.
- If the affected device remains stuck, sign out there, restart the Disney+ app, then sign in again.
You do not necessarily need to sign out of every device to resolve a stream-limit error. If stopping playback does not free a stream, managing stale sessions is the more targeted next step.

How to view or sign out of Disney+ devices
In a desktop or mobile web browser:
- Sign in at DisneyPlus.com.
- Select your Profile, then Account.
- Under Access & Security, select Manage Devices.
- Choose Log Out beside the device you want to remove.
Disney says the list can show the device type, general location of last use, last-activity date and time, and—where applicable for an adult profile—the last-used profile. Location is general, so a city that does not match your exact location is not by itself proof of unauthorized access.

- Open Access & Security.
- Select Log out of everywhere.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the account email.
- Select Confirm, then Log out.
Disney says the current device signs out immediately and other devices may take up to four hours. This signs you out of services and experiences across the Walt Disney family of companies, not just Disney+. It also removes downloaded videos from devices. If you suspect account compromise, change your MyDisney password as well.

Household rules and Extra Members
The device limit is a technical playback rule; the Household rule is about who the subscription is intended to serve. Disney says a subscription is for use within one Household. It offers an Extra Member option for one additional family member or friend outside that Household, and an Extra Member can stream on only one device at a time.
Travel or temporary use away from home can lead to verification or Household prompts. How those prompts work may vary by market and account, so do not treat the four-stream allowance as permission for unrestricted sharing across separate households.
Bundles can have different stream rules
Disney’s concurrent-stream guidance identifies exceptions for some bundle content:

- Extra Members are limited to one device streaming at a time.
Check the terms for your specific bundle and service. A Disney+ stream allowance does not automatically apply to Hulu, HBO Max, or ESPN content.
Which plan makes sense for multiple viewers?
If your main question is whether a plan upgrade lets more household members watch Disney+ simultaneously, the current four-stream guidance—not the number of profiles or download devices—is the relevant figure. Do not upgrade on the assumption that Premium increases the general Disney+ stream ceiling; the sources cited here do not establish that.
Plan choice is more usefully based on whether you need downloads, ad-free viewing, or other services in a bundle. Disney’s U.S. plan page listed prices on April 30, 2026, but prices can change; check Disney’s plan and price information for current offers. For downloads, confirm your plan is eligible. For bundles, weigh each service’s separate viewing limits. If you only need to add one person outside your Household, review the Extra Member option and its one-device-at-a-time limit.
