There is no evidence in the cited reporting that establishes whether Ivanka Trump had breast implants. ABC News reported that Howard Stern asked Donald Trump about implants during a 2006 recording; Trump’s reported response described Ivanka as “always been voluptuous.” That exchange documents a question and a reply, not her medical history.

ABC News reported on October 8, 2016, that a 2006 Howard Stern recording included Stern asking Donald Trump whether Ivanka Trump had breast implants. ABC reported Trump replying that she had “always been voluptuous,” then saying: “She’s tall, she’s almost 6 feet tall, and she’s been, she’s an amazing beauty.” ABC attributed discovery of the recordings to CNN’s KFile.
The Week, in an article last updated May 26, 2026, gave a similar but not identical version of the first remark: “She’s actually always been very voluptuous.” The difference matters if presenting the words as an exact transcript. Without direct access to the underlying audio or a full transcript, the safest approach is to attribute each wording to its publisher rather than treat either as verified verbatim audio.
Does the exchange establish that Ivanka Trump had implants?
No. Stern’s question and Trump’s reported answer do not establish whether Ivanka Trump had breast implants. Neither cited report confirms that she had the procedure, and the quoted response is not evidence of her medical history. The question should not be repeated as if it were a factual claim about her body.
