After Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime performance on February 8, 2026, reports said his Instagram feed had been cleared and his profile picture removed. But coverage differed on whether he deleted or archived the posts, and no confirmed explanation for the change was reported.
What happened after the halftime show?
Bad Bunny headlined the Super Bowl LX halftime show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, 2026. The following day, E! reported that his Instagram posts had been removed, his profile picture was gone, and he had unfollowed accounts. Cadena SER also described an empty feed and missing profile picture, saying the changes came hours after the performance. E! and Cadena SER
Did he delete the posts or archive them?
The reports did not use consistent language. E! and Cadena SER described the posts as deleted or removed, while LOS40 said they had been archived. Without a direct confirmation of what happened inside the account, the most precise description is that Bad Bunny cleared his Instagram feed; the available coverage does not settle whether the posts were permanently deleted or archived. LOS40
Why did Bad Bunny clear his Instagram?
No explanation from Bad Bunny was reported in the contemporaneous coverage. LOS40 suggested a break from social media or preparation for something new as possibilities, but those were theories, not confirmed reasons. The timing alone does not establish that the change was a reaction to the halftime show or its reception. E! LOS40

Did he post again afterward?
Yes. HuffPost España reported that Bad Bunny posted again on March 11, 2026, for his 32nd birthday, with the caption “32.” That later post means the period without posts after the Super Bowl was not uninterrupted through March. It does not establish what his Instagram account looks like now. HuffPost España
