Chiles is an Olympic gymnast and Team USA gold medalist. The individual floor-exercise bronze medal is a separate matter: ABC reported that it was stripped after a Court of Arbitration for Sport decision, while Chiles retained her team medals. It is therefore more precise to describe her as a team Olympic gold medalist rather than present the contested individual result without context.

When was the Season 34 cast announced?
ABC first announced Robert Irwin as a Season 34 celebrity on April 22, 2025, at the same time that it confirmed the season’s renewal. The network said the rest of the cast would be revealed later. ABC’s press material documents that early announcement.
