Yes, in principle: OneStream Live documents a 24/7 feature for continuously streaming pre-recorded video to YouTube. But going live continuously is not the same as getting a complete YouTube archive. YouTube warns that a stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all, so an organization that needs a dependable archive should keep its own recording backup rather than rely on the YouTube replay.
What OneStream Live documents for 24/7 streaming
OneStream Live describes a feature that loops pre-recorded videos continuously on YouTube. Its help documentation says the feature is exclusive to YouTube, requires an Enterprise plan, and can be scheduled for up to 30 days. The published workflow is to add videos from a device, OneStream storage, or cloud storage, connect a YouTube channel, schedule the broadcast, and set its duration. These are OneStream’s documented capabilities, not an independent test of a stream or its archive. OneStream Live’s 24/7 streaming guide

Will YouTube save the full 24/7 broadcast?
Not reliably, according to YouTube’s archive guidance. YouTube says it can automatically archive livestreams shorter than 12 hours, but cautions: “If your stream exceeds 12 hours, it may not be captured at all.” That means OneStream’s ability to keep a stream running for much longer does not mean YouTube will retain it as a complete video-on-demand (VOD) archive. If the archive matters, keep a separate recording
YouTube recommends keeping a local archive backup. Record the source video or broadcast separately and retain it in storage your organization controls. The required capacity depends on the recording’s bitrate, format, and how long you retain it; calculate those needs before choosing local storage. A separate recording also gives you a source to re-upload if a platform archive is missing or incomplete.
Shorter broadcasts are an option, not a guarantee
You could schedule shorter streams and manage separate recordings if the organization needs individual VODs. YouTube’s guidance says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived; it does not guarantee every shorter stream will archive successfully. Splitting a broadcast also means more scheduling and continuity work, and it does not guarantee that the parts will form an uninterrupted archive.

Check YouTube eligibility and rights before scheduling
Live-stream access
YouTube’s enablement guidance requires a verified channel and no live-stream restriction in the preceding 90 days. Check the organization’s own YouTube Studio account for eligibility before building a schedule around a continuous broadcast. YouTube Help: Get started with live streaming
Clear every included right
YouTube scans live broadcasts for third-party material. A stream can be interrupted or terminated when such material is identified. Even if the organization has a licence, the stream may be interrupted if the rights holder has not allowlisted the channel through Content ID. Confirm that the nonprofit has permission for every video, soundtrack, song, image, and other included material, and ask rights holders about allowlisting where needed. Nonprofit status does not automatically qualify a channel for monetization
India appears on YouTube’s list of countries for the expanded YouTube Partner Program (YPP), but entry still depends on channel conditions, policy review, and program thresholds. Nonprofit status by itself does not establish YPP eligibility. YouTube also says livestream watch hours do not count toward the qualified public watch-hour threshold if a stream is unlisted, deleted, or not converted to VOD. YouTube Help: Expanded YouTube Partner Program
The YouTube Nonprofit Program is separate from YPP. YouTube says activation requires a Google for Nonprofits account and a YouTube channel or ID that can be verified as belonging to the organization. YouTube for Nonprofits Help

Choose an approach based on whether continuity or the archive comes first
| Approach | What it offers | Archive considerations |
|---|---|---|
| OneStream 24/7 continuous stream | OneStream documents unattended looping on YouTube, an Enterprise requirement, and scheduling up to 30 days. | YouTube warns that streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured. Keep an independent recording if a complete archive is essential. |
| Shorter scheduled broadcasts | Can divide programming into separately managed streams and VODs. | YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be auto-archived, but does not guarantee capture. Plan for additional scheduling and local retention. |
Or let it run in the cloud
For a YouTube stream of uploaded videos, StreamNeo is another option: upload the recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. StreamNeo loops the video from the cloud, so no computer or home connection has to stay on. It offers one flat price per slot for any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and a first day free with no card. A slot includes 10 GB of storage, pooled across active slots. This is a YouTube-only service for uploaded videos, not camera streaming; it does not remove the need for a separate archive backup when retention is essential. Details: StreamNeo.
