Brandi Rhodes’ wrestling career moved through distinct roles: she began in WWE as a ring announcer, shifted toward in-ring competition after leaving, and later paired executive work with wrestling at AEW. The broad timeline runs from her WWE arrival in 2011 to her reported AEW departure in 2022; the dates mark career phases, not a complete record of every appearance.
How Brandi Rhodes’ wrestling career developed
Rhodes’ path is best understood as a change in responsibilities rather than a steady climb through championship milestones. She first became visible as an announcer, then pursued performance in the ring, and eventually held an executive position while also wrestling.
2011–2016: WWE ring announcer
Rhodes entered WWE in 2011 and worked primarily as a ring announcer. She was initially known as Brandi and later used the name Eden Stiles. She also appeared on WWE programming, but the available career histories do not support describing this period as a sustained in-ring run.
Rhodes left WWE in 2016. In a 2017 interview, she described wanting to move beyond the role others expected her to keep: “I absolutely have more to prove than anybody who steps foot in that ring.” The remark helps explain why the next phase of her career centered on wrestling rather than announcing alone.

2017–2018: Ring of Honor
Rhodes moved to Ring of Honor (ROH), competing in its Women of Honor division. 2019–2022: AEW executive and performer
Rhodes joined All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2019. This phase differed from her earlier work because she combined an executive role—Chief Brand Officer—with in-ring performance. That dual responsibility is the defining feature of her AEW chapter.
Her departure from AEW is reported in 2022. The available timeline supports that year as a broad marker, rather than a precise date for every change in her work.

What is known about her later status?
A 2023 report said Rhodes had stepped away from wrestling and that a return was not then in her plans. That is a dated account, not confirmation of her status in October 2026, so it should not be treated as a current update.
