Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesOBS Studio is the strongest free-software starting point for sending a locally run YouTube Live stream: the OBS Project describes it as free, open source, watermark-free, and available for commercial use, while YouTube supports software encoders for computer streaming. The software costs nothing, but a local 24/7 broadcast still depends on a computer and internet connection staying available. If you want the stream to run without leaving your own computer on, StreamNeo is a cloud alternative: upload your lesson, add your YouTube stream key, and go live.
Which free software should you use?
Use OBS Studio if you want a free encoder running on your own computer. The OBS Project says OBS is open-source software under GPLv2, free to use for any reason, with no watermark or usage limitations, including commercial use. YouTube’s computer-streaming guidance supports software encoding programs as a way to send a live broadcast.
That makes OBS a sound starting point, not a guarantee of uninterrupted 24/7 operation. The sources establish OBS’s licensing and YouTube’s encoder route; they do not establish a tested workflow for looping multiple recorded lessons, a minimum computer specification, or a particular uptime. You will need to verify your own setup and monitor it.
Check YouTube Live eligibility and content rules first
Before preparing the broadcast, confirm that your YouTube channel is verified and has had no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. YouTube says live-stream content must comply with its Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance.

- 【AMD Ryzen 7330U】 – The Efficiency-Tuned Powerhouse,AMD Ryzen 7330U (Zen 3, SMT, 4C/8T) in KAMRUI P2 mini PC crushes rivals: Intel i3-10110U (2C/4T, 2019) and N95 (4 efficiency cores, no HT, single-channel memory). Vs predecessor Ryzen 3 4300U (4C/4T): ~50% faster single-core, ~46% multi-core, 8MB L3 cache (vs 4MB). Beats both Intel chips hugely in multi-core, making heavy multitasking, coding, data work smooth at just 15W TDP. High-end power in a cool, efficient box.
- 【AMD Radeon Graphics】– Triple 4K Vision & Fluidity,The integrated Radeon Graphics (based on the modern Vega architecture with 6 CUs) is a visual beast, outclassing the iGPU offerings from both AMD's prior generation and Intel. The Intel UHD Graphics (i3-10110U/N95) struggles with single-channel memory and low execution units, crippling its gaming performance and barely handling basic 4K video without stuttering. While the older Radeon Vega 5 (4300U) was decent, our 7330U's Radeon Graphics (6 CUs) pushes the boundaries, delivering higher graphics clock speeds (up to 1.8GHz) and significantly better rendering capabilities. It can drive triple 4K@60Hz displays with zero lag, edit photos/videos.
- 【Generous Storage & Easy Expansion】The KAMRUI Pinova P2 mini desktop computers comes with 16GB LPDDR4X RAM (higher frequency, lower power) for buttery‑smooth multitasking, and a 256GB M.2 SSD for blazing fast boot‑up, quick file transfers, and no more long loading screens. It also features two storage expansion slots (1x M.2 2280 SATA/NVMe PCIe 3.0 slot + 1x M.2 2280 SATA slot), supporting up to 4TB total (not included). You’ll have all the space you need for projects, media, and important data.
- 【Triple 4K Display Output】The KAMRUI Pinova P2 mini desktop pc is equipped with HDMI 2.0 ×1 + DP 1.4 ×1 + USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑C ×1 (with DP Alt Mode), enabling simultaneous triple 4K@60Hz output. Whether for home entertainment, remote work, or conference room presentations, it delivers an immersive visual experience. Two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑A ports (up to 10Gbps – 21x faster than USB 2.0) make data transfers and device expansion a breeze.
- 【USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑C: 10Gbps & Versatile Connectivity】The USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑C port on the KAMRUI P2 small pc supports 10Gbps data transfer speeds and can also output DisplayPort 1.4 video. Together with Gigabit LAN, Wi‑Fi, and Bluetooth, you get a fast, flexible, and productive connected environment – wired or wireless.
Recorded lessons are not exempt from those rules just because they were made earlier. Make sure you have the rights needed for everything in the broadcast, including music, clips, images, and other material, and check that the lesson itself complies with YouTube’s policies.
Run a local stream with OBS
At a high level, the local method is to configure OBS as the software encoder, connect it to the YouTube broadcast, start the stream, and confirm the result in YouTube’s Live Control Room. YouTube’s computer streaming tips recommend testing the workflow, checking the preview, and monitoring audio and video quality. The official material cited here does not specify an exact OBS playlist or looping configuration for recorded lessons, so verify how your chosen playback source behaves before relying on it continuously.

- Confirm channel access. Verify the channel and check that it has no live-streaming restriction in the prior 90 days.
- Prepare the lesson playback. In OBS, set up the recorded lesson or lessons as the content source you intend to broadcast. If you need multiple lessons to play in sequence or repeat, check the behavior in a test stream rather than assuming the sequence will loop correctly.
- Connect OBS to YouTube. Set up a YouTube live broadcast and connect OBS using the stream key provided for that broadcast. Treat the key as a credential: do not share it publicly, and replace it if it is exposed.
- Check the YouTube preview. Start the encoder workflow and use the Live Control Room preview to confirm YouTube is receiving the intended picture and sound before making the broadcast public or otherwise available to its intended audience.
- Test and monitor. YouTube advises testing if you are new to encoder streaming and monitoring the stream’s audio and video. Confirm the right lesson is playing, the sound is audible, and viewers can access the broadcast as intended. Keep checking the local computer and connection during a long-running stream.
What “free” does and does not cover
OBS has no software charge according to the OBS Project, but using it locally is not the same as getting a no-cost, maintenance-free 24/7 broadcast. The computer must remain on and the local internet connection must continue to carry the stream. Power interruptions, a computer restart, a lost connection, or a playback problem can interrupt the broadcast. The official sources cited here do not provide a minimum PC specification or promise continuous operation.
YouTube recommends testing and monitoring, but those precautions do not amount to an uptime guarantee. Decide whether you can leave a suitable computer and connection running and respond if the broadcast stops; otherwise, consider a cloud-hosted approach.

Quick Recap
Troubleshoot the checks that matter
- You cannot start a YouTube live broadcast: confirm the channel is verified and has no live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days.
- YouTube is not receiving the encoder feed: check that OBS is connected to the intended broadcast with its current stream key, then review the Live Control Room preview.
- The wrong lesson appears, or lessons do not repeat as expected: inspect the playback source and sequence in a test stream before relying on it for a continuous broadcast.
- Viewers cannot hear or see the lesson clearly: check the preview and monitor audio and video during the stream, as YouTube recommends.
- A local stream stops unexpectedly: check whether the computer restarted or lost power, whether the internet connection dropped, and whether the playback source is still running. A local encoder depends on those parts of the setup remaining operational.
