Simpson, including recollections from friends and former officers, as well as diary material described in the series. It originally aired June 1–2, 2024. These are revelations reported from the documentary—not all newly discovered facts or independently verified findings.
What the series is—and what its revelations mean
The four-part series tells Nicole Brown Simpson’s story through interviews with family and friends, home-video material, and recollections about her final days. The ten items below reflect what contemporaneous coverage reported the series presented. Several are serious allegations recalled years later; they should be understood as attributed testimony, not as conclusions established here by police files or court records.
Ten accounts featured in the documentary
-
A former officer recalled an earlier call involving O.J. Simpson’s first wife
Former Los Angeles police officer Terry Shauer said he and another officer responded to a domestic incident in the 1970s involving Simpson’s first wife, Marguerite Whitley. As reported by OK!, Shauer recalled seeing a clump of hair. He described the incident this way: “She had got into an argument with her husband and during the course of the argument, he became violent with her, struck her, and as I recall, pulled out some of her hair.” This is Shauer’s retrospective account, not a police-record finding independently checked here.
-
Nicole reportedly met O.J. when she was 18
Coverage of the series says Nicole was working as a restaurant hostess when she met O.J. Simpson at age 18. He was still married to Marguerite Whitley, according to the same account.

How to read the claims responsibly
The series’ most striking material comes from people describing what they recall Nicole said or what they say they observed. That makes attribution important: a recollection is evidence of what a speaker remembers, but it is not automatically the same as a contemporaneous record or a court finding. OK!’s coverage supplies the accounts summarized here, but it does not provide the police files, authenticated diary originals, or court transcripts needed to verify them independently.
The distinction matters especially for the 1970s incident, the 1989 response, the deposition account, and the claim about keys. For those claims, the underlying police or legal records would be necessary to assess details beyond what the documentary coverage reports.
When it aired
The Life and Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson originally aired on Lifetime across two nights, June 1 and 2, 2024. Those broadcast dates do not establish where the series is available to stream or watch now.
