The date differs across ABC’s pages: the show and episode pages display October 7, while ABC Press’s episode listing gives October 6. The listings therefore do not support stating one date without noting the discrepancy.
What Dedication Night means
In past seasons, Dedication Night has centered on celebrities honoring people who matter to them. ABC’s 2024 coverage describes the theme as a chance for remaining couples to honor influential people, and ABC News reported that Robert Irwin dedicated a contemporary routine to his mother, Terri, in 2025. Those past examples explain the theme; they do not establish a Season 35 episode date or lineup.

What is not confirmed for Season 35
The official listings reviewed do not announce a Dedication Night date, participating couples, songs, dance styles, or dedicatees. Treat social posts or speculation about those details as unconfirmed unless ABC publishes an announcement.
If ABC announces the theme, the details that will distinguish each performance are the person being honored and their story, the dance style, the song, and the judges’ scores. None of those Season 35 details is established in the official listings reviewed.
