What do the reported real-estate figures show?
A 1990 Los Angeles Times report said Locklear and Tommy Lee were paying in the mid-$2-million range for a Westlake Village home. It also said their Woodland Hills home was listed for $1,495,000. Los Angeles Times, October 7, 1990
Those are historical reported purchase and listing figures, not current property valuations.
