Is it a Fawlty Towers reunion?
No. This was a roast special about Cleese, not a new episode or reunion of Fawlty Towers. The sitcom is one of Cleese’s best-known television works; PerthNow reports that its original run comprised 12 episodes across two seasons. That connection explains the “Fawlty Towers legend” description, but does not mean the sitcom’s cast or characters were the subject of a reunion. PerthNow’s background feature.
