Manga spoilers: Yes—the body-transfer technique associated with Kenjaku can be used to inhabit Gojo’s body after his death. But the manga shows Yuta using the method on Gojo’s corpse, not Kenjaku taking Gojo’s body himself. And occupying Gojo’s body is not the same as automatically mastering all of Gojo’s abilities.
What the manga demonstrates
Kenjaku’s technique involves transferring his brain into another body. A secondary summary of the technique describes the possessor as gaining access to a host’s memories, cursed energy, and innate technique. The decisive example for Gojo comes later in the manga: after Gojo dies, Yuta uses the method to inhabit Gojo’s body. That makes Gojo’s body a demonstrated possible host for the technique; it does not mean Kenjaku personally carried out the transfer.

The official VIZ chapter catalog lists chapters 261 and 263, which belong to the late-series sequence. The chapter listing confirms those chapters exist, but the scene itself—not the catalog—is the basis for the plot distinction above.
Why the answer is not simply “Kenjaku took over Gojo”
There are three separate questions: whether the technique can be used on Gojo’s body, who is shown using it, and how well the new occupant can use Gojo’s powers. The manga’s example answers the first: the method is used on Gojo’s corpse. It answers the second too: the possessor shown is Yuta. It does not establish that Kenjaku ever took Gojo’s body or that doing so was his plan.

Does taking Gojo’s body mean gaining full use of Limitless?
No such automatic mastery should be assumed. Gojo’s power involves both Limitless and the Six Eyes, and a secondary reference describes the Six Eyes as necessary to truly master Limitless. Possessing the body, gaining access to an innate technique, and operating that technique with Gojo’s precision are distinct matters. The demonstrated transfer does not establish that Kenjaku would use Gojo’s abilities at Gojo’s level, nor does it settle every consequence of the Six Eyes for a different possessor.
For the technique’s background, the Jujutsu Kaisen Wiki’s Kenjaku entry is a secondary summary; the manga is the primary source for the relevant events and their finer mechanics.

- The manga depicts Yuta—not Kenjaku—using that method to inhabit Gojo’s body.
- The scene demonstrates body access, not automatic full proficiency with Gojo’s abilities.
