Muvi Live’s official pricing page lists three plans: Standard at $99/month, Professional at $299/month, and Enterprise at $799/month. Those are vendor-listed prices checked October 3, 2026; the page also shows a yearly-billing selector marked “Save 15%,” but its selected billing state is unclear in the captured page. Confirm the billing cadence, included infrastructure, and applicable overage rates in a written quote before comparing the plans.
Muvi advertises simulcasting to YouTube, but the subscription price is only part of the potential cost: each plan has finite bandwidth and streaming-hour allowances, and Muvi’s own pages show conflicting hourly charges. The right tier depends on your event count, simultaneous audience, resolution, and expected server and delivery usage.
Muvi Live plans at a glance
The following plan prices and limits are listed on Muvi’s official Muvi Live pricing page, checked October 3, 2026. The page displays monthly and yearly billing options, including “Save 15%” beside yearly billing, but the captured page does not establish which billing state applies to each listed amount. Treat the figures as displayed prices, not a confirmed annual-billing quote.
| Plan | Listed price | Concurrent events | Concurrent users | Included monthly infrastructure | Notable listed features |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $99/month | 2 | 10,000 | 100 GB bandwidth; 10 streaming hours | HD streaming; HLS/RTMP; sharing and embedding |
| Professional | $299/month | 100 | 50,000 | 500 GB bandwidth; 50 streaming hours | Standard features plus 4K, player customization, and branding |
| Enterprise | $799/month | Unlimited | 50,000+ | 1 TB bandwidth; 100 streaming hours | Professional features plus dedicated server and role-based access control in the plan summary |
Muvi’s comparison lists “unlimited live streaming” as a common feature, but it also assigns each plan specific bandwidth and streaming-hour allowances and says overage fees apply. In practical budgeting, “unlimited” should not be read as unlimited included infrastructure.

How to choose a plan
Standard: a smaller event operation
Standard is the lowest listed tier. Its stated limits are two concurrent events and 10,000 concurrent users, with 100 GB of monthly bandwidth and 10 streaming hours. The comparison lists HD streaming, HLS/RTMP, sharing, and embedding; it does not list 4K or player customization for this tier.
Professional: more events, 4K, and branding
Professional raises the listed ceilings to 100 concurrent events and 50,000 concurrent users, with 500 GB of bandwidth and 50 streaming hours. Muvi lists 4K, player customization, and branding at this tier. It is the tier to assess if those capabilities or the larger event and audience limits are requirements rather than optional extras.

- 90W Pass-Through Charging: Achieve optimal charging with 90W pass-through power to your laptop, supported by a total input of 100W, with the hub reserving 10W for operational efficiency. (Note: Wall charger not included.)

Enterprise: highest listed limits and dedicated infrastructure
Enterprise lists unlimited concurrent events, 50,000+ concurrent users, 1 TB of bandwidth, and 100 streaming hours. The plan summary also names a dedicated server and role-based access control. “Unlimited” applies to the concurrent-event entry in the comparison; it does not remove the listed monthly infrastructure allowances.
What can make the bill higher than the subscription
Muvi’s plan table includes specific bandwidth and streaming-hour allowances, and its pricing materials say overage charges apply. The official pages do not agree on the standard hourly live-streaming charge, so it would be unsafe to estimate a final cost from the subscription line alone.

Muvi publishes two different hourly rates
- Muvi’s pricing FAQ on its official pricing page states that an active live server is charged at $0.50 per hour. Muvi describes starting a stream as launching a dedicated live-streaming server.
- Muvi’s separate variable-fees page lists standard Muvi Live overage at $1 per hour. It also lists bulk live-streaming-hour rates from $1/hour down to $0.70/hour at 10,000 hours.
- The variable-fees page says those rates apply to resolutions up to 1080p and directs customers to sales for higher resolutions.
These are conflicting vendor-published figures, checked October 3, 2026. Ask Muvi to specify in writing which hourly rate applies to your plan, resolution, usage, and account. Do not assume the lower figure is the one that will appear on your bill.
Estimate usage, not just the plan fee
For a useful quote, calculate how long the streaming server will run, how many events may overlap, the expected audience and delivery volume, and the resolution you need. Compare that estimate with the plan’s included hours and bandwidth. The pricing pages do not establish a single total-cost figure for an individual usage pattern.

Using Muvi Live with YouTube
Muvi advertises social-platform simulcasting that includes YouTube and Facebook. Its product pages describe HLS and RTMP feeds; the plan comparison lists RTMP/HLS streaming. Muvi also describes direct webcam streaming and streaming through its mobile app.
The pages reviewed do not settle account-specific YouTube prerequisites, destination limits, or whether a particular setup requires a particular encoder. Before an event, confirm the exact workflow with Muvi and verify it against the YouTube channel and encoder configuration you intend to use. Do not infer from the general simulcasting claim that every account or configuration has identical limits.

Other plan details that can affect fit
Muvi’s plan comparison includes other differentiators such as DVR, analytics, security controls, admin accounts, and support. Check the current plan table for the exact features you require; a feature mentioned in the comparison should not be assumed to be included on every tier. Resolution and player branding are especially clear distinctions: the table lists 4K and customization under Professional and Enterprise, not Standard.
Pay-per-view fees need clarification
Muvi’s pricing page lists pay-per-view monetization, built-in payment processing, instant payouts, support for 135+ currencies, and a 9% PPV commission—equivalent to 91% retained according to that page. A separate Muvi product page says customers keep 90% of earnings. Because those statements differ, obtain the current commission and fee schedule in writing before forecasting PPV revenue.

- How is bandwidth measured and charged when the included allowance is exceeded?
- Does the planned YouTube workflow require a specific encoder, account setting, or event configuration?
- Which plan includes the required resolution, branding, DVR, analytics, security controls, admin access, and support?
- What PPV commission and related payment fees apply to the account?

- Upload a recording or build a playlist.
- Add your YouTube stream key once.
- Go live; StreamNeo loops the uploaded video from the cloud.
