Yes—but it depends on what you mean by a “YouTube loop.” A cloud streaming service can broadcast uploaded videos to YouTube Live in a chosen sequence, according to the service’s description. That is different from repeating a playlist inside YouTube’s own player. For an ordinary YouTube playlist, use YouTube’s repeat control and set the order in the playlist itself.

The distinction matters: a cloud service broadcasts a stream made from its uploaded media; it does not control or loop the playlist in YouTube’s player. Provider descriptions explain their own features, but do not independently establish ordering behavior for every playlist edit, restart, device, or session.
Repeat and reorder a playlist in YouTube
Turn on playlist repeat
On desktop, YouTube’s help says to use the Loop control in the playlist box to repeat the playlist. Right-clicking a video and choosing Loop repeats that video, not necessarily the whole playlist. On a TV or gaming console, use the Repeat control and select the playlist rather than only the currently playing video. See YouTube’s desktop and TV instructions.
On Android, open the video settings and choose Additional settings to turn on Loop video. For a playlist, use the Loop control in the playlist box. Tapping the control again adds a “1” state, which repeats the current video within the playlist. The control placement and labels can vary by platform; consult YouTube’s Android instructions.

Set the playlist order
On a computer, open the playlist and drag a video up or down to move it. YouTube also documents temporary reordering from the watch-page playlist panel; if the sequence matters, check the saved playlist after editing rather than assuming a temporary change is permanent. YouTube says reordering is unavailable for playlists containing only Shorts. See YouTube’s playlist-management help.
- Check that playlist repeat—not just single-video repeat—is active.
- Review the visible sequence after you move videos.
- If the playlist contains only Shorts, YouTube’s documented reorder control is unavailable.
What a cloud service does—and what to verify
With a cloud broadcast, you upload video files to the service, arrange them in a sequence, provide your YouTube stream key, and start a YouTube Live broadcast. The provider runs the stream from its cloud infrastructure, so your own computer does not have to remain online. Other providers describe similar approaches. Streamloop says it offers sequential and shuffled playback and that playlist edits can be applied during a running stream. Looping Stream describes arranging uploaded files in order and sending a continuous stream to YouTube or another supported RTMP destination. These are providers’ descriptions of their own services, not proof that any provider preserves order across every edit or restart.
- Confirm sequential playback is selected, not shuffle.
- Ask what happens to the current sequence when you add, remove, or reorder files during a broadcast.
- Check what happens after a stream restart: whether it resumes at the next file, restarts the sequence, or follows another rule.
- Distinguish an advertised feature from an independently measured reliability guarantee; the cited descriptions provide no reliability percentage.
Which approach fits your goal?
- Use YouTube’s playlist controls if viewers should play existing YouTube videos and repeat that playlist in YouTube’s player.
- Use a cloud broadcast if you want uploaded videos sent as a continuous YouTube Live stream without keeping a computer running. Confirm the sequence and restart behavior with the provider.
