The legitimate free option: Hulu + Live TV’s three-day trial
Hulu currently advertises a three-day trial for eligible new or returning subscribers to Hulu + Live TV. This is the closest legitimate option to getting Disney+ and Hulu free, but it is only a short trial and is not guaranteed for every account.
The plan is advertised at $89.99 per month after the trial. It includes the Hulu library, Disney+ content, and ESPN access through separate apps. In other words, this is not a three-day trial of the ordinary on-demand Hulu plan, and it should not be described as a general Disney+ free trial.
How to use the trial
- Open Hulu’s official Hulu + Live TV signup page.
- Sign in or create an account and check whether the three-day offer appears for you.
- Read the checkout screen carefully, including the conversion date, price, taxes, and cancellation terms.
- Complete signup if the offer is available and you accept the terms.
- Activate the linked Disney+ account using the instructions and account credentials provided during signup.
- Install or open the Hulu and Disney+ apps separately. The services are not necessarily presented as one combined app experience.
- Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the advertised monthly charge.
Hulu says cancellation is available at any time, although access may continue through the applicable trial or billing period. Save the confirmation email or take a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation.
Why the trial may not appear

Trial safety checklist
- Confirm that the screen actually says “after 3-day free trial” before submitting payment information.
- Write down the exact date and time the trial ends.
- Check whether cancellation must be completed through Hulu or through a third-party billing provider.
- Do not confuse the Hulu + Live TV offer with a permanent free Hulu plan.
- After canceling, verify that the account page shows the subscription as canceled or scheduled to end.
Check Verizon if you already have an eligible legacy plan
Some select legacy Verizon unlimited plans may include a promotional bundle containing Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ at no additional subscription charge. This can provide access without paying Disney or Hulu separately, but it is not free service in the broad sense: you still have to maintain the qualifying Verizon wireless plan.

Some promotional subscriptions can become paid subscriptions, or otherwise generate charges, when a promotion ends or the qualifying service is changed. The information inside your own My Verizon account is more reliable than a general advertisement.
Use a household subscription—but do not buy someone else’s login
If you live with someone who already pays for Disney+ and Hulu, you may be able to watch through that household’s subscription under the applicable service rules. Disney defines a household around devices associated with the subscriber’s primary personal residence.

That does not make buying, borrowing, trading, or renting credentials from strangers a legitimate free-access method. Disney says people outside the household generally need their own account or, where available, a paid Extra Member option. Extra Member access is a paid add-on, not a free workaround.
Sharing a login with people outside the permitted household can violate the subscriber agreement and may lead to access restrictions or termination. Never enter your payment information into a “free account” marketplace or a site promising verified Disney+ or Hulu credentials.
What does not work
There is no current standalone Disney+ free trial
Disney+’s current pricing and help information says that Disney+ does not offer a standard free trial. Articles claiming that everyone can get a seven-day Disney+ trial are usually outdated or describing a historical promotion. A limited promotion could return in the future, but old search results are not evidence that one is available now.
The regular Disney+, Hulu Bundle has no free trial
The direct Disney+, Hulu Bundle is a paid subscription. Its advertised ad-supported price is $12.99 per month, while the premium version is advertised at $19.99 per month. The bundle’s FAQ states that it does not offer a free trial.

A Hulu trial is not automatically a Disney+ trial
The three-day offer discussed above is tied to eligible Hulu + Live TV accounts. It should not be presented as a free trial for the ordinary Hulu on-demand service, the regular Disney+, Hulu Bundle, or standalone Disney+.
VPNs, pirate streams, cracked apps, and account generators are not solutions
VPN-based circumvention, unauthorized streams, cracked applications, and “free account generators” can violate service terms or copyright law. Can a streaming device get Disney+ and Hulu for free?
