The list should be read as a record of the finished event rather than as a frozen copy of the first announcement. Macy’s published an advance performer release on November 3, but parade talent can change. Event-day coverage subsequently confirmed appearances by Conan Gray and Lainey Wilson, and the November 27 roundup also included Russell Dickerson. Cynthia Erivo likewise appears in the completed-event coverage.
HUNTR/X performers from KPop Demon Hunters
One of the most distinctive bookings was connected to KPop Demon Hunters. EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI provided the singing voices for HUNTR/X, the fictional K-pop group in the animated film, and were featured in the parade.
That wording matters: HUNTR/X was not a conventional touring band appearing as a separate real-world group. The parade featured the three singers associated with the characters’ recorded vocals.

Not in the same sense as the musical acts. The parade also featured major character and float elements, including Buzz Lightyear, PAC-MAN, Mario, Shrek’s Onion Carriage, Derpy Tiger, and Sussie. These were attractions within the procession, not additional singers or bands, so they are separate from the performer lineup.

Why do different published lists contain different names?
The initial Macy’s announcement and the completed-event reports served different purposes. The November 3 announcement presented the main advance roster, while event-day coverage recorded who appeared in the finished program. Those lists are therefore not perfectly identical.
There is also a practical difference between being part of the parade and performing a complete standalone song on the televised broadcast. The event combines appearances along the route, float performances, Herald Square segments, Broadway excerpts, dance presentations, and marching-band performances. A name in the parade lineup does not necessarily mean that the person received a full-length solo television segment.
