On the April 19, 2024 episode of SmackDown in Pittsburgh, Paul Levesque unveiled a redesigned championship for A-Town Down Under. The titles were to be known as the WWE Tag Team Championship, according to Cageside Seats’ contemporaneous report, published the following day.

That attachment is personal rather than a settled ranking. WWE’s feature on championship belt maker Dave Millican quotes him saying, “It’s hard to beat that classic ‘Winged Eagle,’ ” in “WWE’s ‘Ace of Belts’ Dave Millican’s 10 favorite championship titles.” The same article relays Millican’s recollection of an original design request: “We want a new title where the eagle consumes the main plate,” [former WWE producer] Chief Jay Strongbow reportedly told Reggie Parks. That reported conversation is Millican’s account as conveyed by WWE, not independently verified dialogue.
Can fans buy the design as a replica?
