That makes the complaint more precise than “Netflix has no Raw.” Netflix has the current show. What it has not clearly delivered is a complete historical rewatch path for more than three decades of WWE television.
When did WWE Raw move to Netflix?
WWE and Netflix announced their agreement on January 23, 2024. The deal made Netflix the exclusive U.S. home of Raw beginning January 6, 2025. It also expanded Netflix’s WWE role in Canada, the United Kingdom, Latin America, and other territories, although the availability of additional WWE programming remains dependent on the market.

Netflix’s own viewer guidance says that live Raw is included with the applicable Netflix plan and that the episode remains available after the live broadcast. The guidance also describes archival programming as selected material rolling out by region. It does not promise that every historical Raw episode will be available in every country.
What Netflix currently offers
- Live weekly episodes: In markets covered by the agreement, subscribers can watch Raw live on Netflix.
- Post-stream viewing: Episodes are generally available after the live broadcast, subject to Netflix’s local availability and device rules.
- Selected historical material: Netflix offers a Raw Vault collection containing selected moments, matches, and episodes.
- Regional variation: The available archive can differ by country, account, date, and possibly device. A title visible in one market should not be assumed to be available everywhere.
The wording surrounding the Raw Vault emphasizes more than three decades of Raw moments, matches, and episodes. That establishes that a historical collection exists. It does not establish that Netflix has uploaded every episode in chronological order, or even every episode from a particular year.
Why fans expected a much bigger archive
Before the Netflix agreement, WWE’s subscription ecosystem was associated with a broad on-demand library containing classic Raw episodes and other wrestling programming. That history shaped fan expectations. Many viewers interpreted the Netflix deal as the likely destination not only for the live weekly program, but also for the WWE archive they wanted to revisit.
For a longtime fan, the difference is significant. A complete archive would allow someone to start with the 1990s, follow the Monday-night storylines year by year, and watch the transition through the Attitude Era, Ruthless Aggression Era, and modern period. A selected vault does something different: it offers highlights and chosen installments without guaranteeing continuity.
Which Raw episodes are missing?
There is no single permanent episode count that can safely describe Netflix’s catalog worldwide. Libraries change, and the catalog available to a U.S. subscriber is not necessarily the catalog available in the United Kingdom, Canada, or another territory.
However, a May 2025 third-party catalog report found selected episodes from the early 1990s through 2001, alongside complete or nearly complete runs for some more recent years. It also listed no episodes for many years between 2002 and 2021. That report should be treated as a dated snapshot—not as a current inventory for every country—but it supports the central complaint: important stretches of Raw history were absent from the catalog being examined.
Fan discussions describe the same experience. Viewers attempting chronological rewatches report that they can move through one era and then suddenly lose access to a long run of episodes, particularly around the Ruthless Aggression Era and later years. Those conversations demonstrate frustration and recurring user experience, but they are not a formal audit of Netflix’s catalog.
The careful conclusion is therefore: fans have found major gaps in Netflix’s historical Raw archive. It would be inaccurate to turn a dated report or individual account into a universal claim that a precise number of episodes is missing everywhere.
Why having live Raw does not mean having the full WWE library
The Netflix agreement concerns distribution rights, not automatically every historical video asset WWE has ever made available. The current Raw deal and the broader WWE on-demand library are related, but they are not necessarily the same package.
TKO’s 2025 annual report described Netflix as the exclusive global home of Raw from January 2025 while also identifying Peacock as the U.S. home for premium live events, original programming, and a large video-on-demand library. That structure shows why a viewer can have Netflix access to the current weekly show without receiving every historic WWE title that was previously available through another service.
The available evidence does not establish one official explanation for every missing episode. Territory-specific rights, phased catalog delivery, technical preparation, editorial selection, and separate licensing arrangements are all possible factors. They should remain possibilities, not statements of confirmed cause.
What can be stated confidently is the outcome: Netflix solved the question of where many viewers watch current Raw, but it has not publicly demonstrated a complete, episode-by-episode historical archive in every market.

1. Check the catalog in your own market
Search Netflix for Raw, open the Raw Vault, and check the available seasons or episode listings. Do this from the country and account you actually use. Search results from another market, an old article, or a fan-maintained list may no longer match your catalog.
Also distinguish between a full episode and a clip, match, or highlight. A collection can contain material from a particular year without providing every weekly broadcast from that year.

2. Use WWE.com to reconstruct missing storylines
WWE’s official Raw archive provides dated episode results, highlights, photographs, and short-form video. It can help you identify what happened in a missing episode or locate a particular match or angle.
It is not, however, a full-episode replacement for an absent Netflix title. Results and clips can fill in parts of the narrative, but they do not recreate the complete broadcast, commentary, entrances, commercial-break structure, or surrounding segments.

3. Consider selected physical releases
Physical media can cover particular eras or themes that streaming services do not present chronologically. WWE’s official 2013 home-video schedule listed the WWE Raw 20th Anniversary DVD, released on December 3, 2013.
That kind of release may be useful for a fan who wants a curated history of the program, but it is not equivalent to a complete archive. A compilation contains selected matches, moments, and episodes; it will not necessarily provide every weekly Raw in order. Availability, edition, region compatibility, and seller details should be checked before purchasing.
4. Do not confuse a computer problem with a catalog problem

5. Do not use unauthorized rebroadcasts
A missing Netflix title is not permission to obtain or rebroadcast an unauthorized copy. Services designed to stream a creator’s own prerecorded videos are not substitutes for licensed access to WWE programming. In particular, a cloud streaming platform for original wrestling commentary or legally owned video should not be understood as a way to rebroadcast WWE footage or bypass Netflix’s catalog.

The cleanest solution would be a clearly labeled, licensed WWE archive with reliable episode-by-episode navigation. Fans would need to know:
- which years and episodes are included;
- whether the run is complete or selected;
- which countries can access it;
- when missing episodes will be added, if additions are planned; and
- whether the episodes are presented in broadcast order.
Until that information is available, promotional language about decades of moments should not be treated as a promise of decades of uninterrupted episodes. A future licensed archive, wrestling-history collection, or official home-entertainment release could address the demand, but no specific complete alternative is established by the evidence reviewed here.
The bottom line
WWE fans are justified in complaining about the lack of historical Raw content on Netflix, but the complaint needs to be stated accurately. Netflix does carry live Raw, post-stream episodes, and selected archival material. What many viewers expected—and still cannot consistently find—is a complete chronological library of the show.
