What happened at the Miami Beach Marina
According to the arrest affidavit, police responded to a report of people fighting on a yacht. The affidavit says Scott was on the dock, yelling toward people aboard the vessel. Officers wrote that they asked him to sit down and that he repeatedly stood back up. They also reported an odor of alcohol. The affidavit further alleges that Scott left the marina, returned, and disregarded officers’ warnings to leave. Officers described his behavior as disturbing people at the marina and nearby residents, and took him into custody. These are allegations in the police account, not findings that Scott committed an offense. The Associated Press reported the same general sequence. Associated Press
What charges did Scott face?
Reports described the arrest as involving disorderly intoxication and trespassing after warning. Those were allegations associated with the arrest, not proof of guilt. The affidavit’s account of the marina disturbance and return after a warning explains the reported basis for the charges.

What did Scott’s lawyer say?
Scott’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, told the Miami Herald that Scott was “briefly detained due to a misunderstanding” and said there was “absolutely no physical altercation involved.” Cohen also thanked authorities for working toward what he called a swift and amicable resolution. That is the attorney’s characterization of the incident, rather than an independently established account. Miami Herald
Was Travis Scott released, and were the charges dropped?

The final disposition of the trespassing charge is not established by the available reporting cited here. It would be inaccurate to say that this charge was dismissed, proven, or remains pending without confirmation from a current court record.

The affidavit documents officers’ allegations at the time of arrest; it is not a judicial finding. Scott’s lawyer disputed the characterization of the detention, while subsequent reporting established that prosecutors dropped the disorderly-intoxication charge. Those accounts address different parts of the case and should not be treated as interchangeable.
