Save important passwords or verify access to your password manager before clearing cookies or app data. Do not keep deleting data repeatedly if Hulu signs out again immediately; move to the scope and security tests instead.

An Amazon Fire TV Stick may improve the app environment when the built-in TV software is old, unsupported, or uniquely malfunctioning. An Amazon Fire TV Stick will not necessarily fix a changed password, compromised account, Hulu-side authentication issue, or Live TV home-network problem. Test on another supported device first.
5. Secure the account when every device is affected

Review activated devices and remove unfamiliar devices wherever Hulu provides that control. Contact Hulu if the password changes again, unknown devices return, the account email changes, or the account will not stay authenticated after the password reset. A single logout is not proof of a breach, but repeated account-wide sign-outs combined with unfamiliar activity should be treated as a security issue.
6. Check Live TV’s home network and location
Hulu Live TV can require a different diagnosis from ordinary on-demand Hulu because Live TV uses home-network and location conditions. Reconnect the affected device to the normal household connection, avoid repeatedly switching between Wi-Fi networks, and follow Hulu’s Live TV home-network troubleshooting guidance.
