Did Jenn and Devin stay together?
No. Jenn and Devin did not remain engaged. According to Jenn’s post-finale account, Devin ended the engagement shortly after filming concluded. By the time the live finale aired, the couple’s relationship was over.
That timing is important: the proposal shown in the finale was real within the context of the filmed ending, but it was not the couple’s current status when viewers watched the live reunion. Jenn said the reunion was especially emotional because it was her first time seeing Devin since the breakup and because she had to process the end of the relationship in front of the audience. Bachelor Nation’s post-finale interview with Jenn covers her account of that experience.

Those are Jenn’s allegations and personal account, not independently established facts about every detail of the breakup. She also said she did not feel she knew who Devin was as a person by that point. Her follow-up interview with Bachelor Nation provides that perspective.
