She sang “America the Beautiful” shortly before the oath of office. Country and country-associated acts also filled several of the surrounding events, including the January 19 Make America Great Again Victory Rally and the inaugural balls. The lineup was mixed, though, and included a rock-leaning act, a pop-era group, an opera singer, and a contemporary singer who is not a country performer.
This article covers the January 2025 events as they were announced and reported at the time. It is a retrospective, not a live schedule.

Country performers, event by event
The table lists the country and country-associated acts named for each event, along with the other acts named in the same reporting. Ceremony placements come from the official program; rally and ball bookings come from pre-event reporting.

- Gavin DeGraw was listed for the Starlight Ball. He is a pop and rock singer, not a country performer.

What the performers said
Underwood described her appearance in a statement reported by AP on January 13, 2025: “I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the Inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event.” Village People’s statement, also reported by AP, framed their role as an effort “to bring the country together with music.”

Only the ceremony placements are backed by an official program. Rally and ball bookings rest on announcements and pre-event reporting. The sources cited here do not include a verified, complete set list for any event, so the table shows who was booked, not who performed which song. Treat each rally and ball entry as an announced booking unless a separate, event-specific report confirms it.
