Her combat identity is built on blood manipulation, and the most commonly described technique is shaping blood into weapons. Official character profiles confirm her identity and role but do not list her techniques, so the specifics below separate what is officially stated from what comes from secondary summaries.
Who Power is
Power is identified as the Blood Fiend on the official anime character page for Chainsaw Man, which also lists her as a member of Public Safety Special Division 4. Her category matters for understanding her: the official Reze Arc character profile defines a fiend as a devil that possesses a human corpse. Power is therefore a fiend, not a human Devil Hunter. Readers who expect a human fighter working alongside devils should adjust that expectation from the start.
Her working partnership is with Denji. The official Reze Arc profile describes that partnership as her core team role in Special Division 4.
What her abilities are
Her powers are described as blood-based. Blood manipulation is the common description of her combat style, and the most frequently repeated detail is that she can form weapons out of blood. That detail comes from the Chainsaw Man Wiki on Fandom, a fan-maintained secondary source, and it is not listed on the official profiles. Treat it as a well-established fan summary that still needs checking against the manga before you quote specific scenes.

Her temperament and how it shapes her role
The official Reze Arc profile describes Power as comparatively intelligent and rational among fiends, but also selfish and prone to running out of control. That combination makes her a more interesting team member than a simple powerful ally. Her cat, Nyako, is described in the official profile as her only friend.
When you explain her abilities, connect them to this temperament. Her blood-based powers matter in the story as much through how she uses them and what she is willing to do with them as through any single technique.

Comparing Power with other characters
No dependable official ranking of Power’s strength against other characters was found. Fan rankings circulate, but they do not establish a fixed power order. If you compare her with another character, compare specific story conditions: which powers each character uses, what the scene establishes, and whether the manga shows a clear advantage in that moment.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Where to verify her abilities
- Manga scenes: The manga is the main source for detailed ability depictions. VIZ’s official series page credits Tatsuki Fujimoto and lists the available volumes. Catalog details and regional availability change, so confirm the current edition and chapter coverage before buying or citing a volume.
- Official character pages: Use them for identity, affiliation, and temperament, not for technique lists.
- Spoilers: Specific combat scenes and later plot developments can spoil the manga. If you discuss later abilities, label them as spoilers and keep them separate from the Blood Fiend version of Power readers meet in the main story.
Once you have checked the scene, you can state a specific weapon form or limit with confidence. Until then, describe her as a blood-based fiend in Special Division 4 whose exact techniques are shown across the manga rather than listed in one official place.
