Her confirmed power is telepathy: she can read other people’s minds, and she hides the ability from the people around her. The official anime character profile says the power was accidentally created by an organization’s experiment, but it does not name that organization or explain the experiment.
Who Anya is in the story
Anya is a young child who joins the Forger household, a makeshift family built on secrets. Her father Loid is a spy working under the alias Twilight, her mother Yor is an assassin, and her brother Bond is a dog with his own unusual gifts. Anya attends Eden Academy, the elite school Loid needs her to enter as part of his mission. Anya’s role in the family is to be the one member who can see through the others’ concealed identities.
Her confirmed power: telepathy
The official SPY×FAMILY anime site describes Anya as a psychic who can read other people’s minds. In English-language franchise copy from VIZ Media, she is called “a telepath,” and the official premise line reads: “An action-packed comedy about a fake family that includes a spy, an assassin and a telepath!” Mind-reading is the ability the series builds its comedy around: Anya hears what the adults around her are really thinking, including thoughts they are trying to keep hidden.
Her awareness of the family’s secrets follows from that ability. The official profile says she knows the concealed identities of Loid, Yor, and Bond. That is the clearest, sourced picture of what her telepathy lets her do in the story.

Where the power came from
According to the official anime profile, Anya’s ability was created accidentally by an organization’s experiment. The profile does not name the organization, and it does not describe the experiment’s method or purpose. Readers who expect a full origin story should treat the official character page as the authoritative statement of what is established, and not as a complete explanation.
Keeping the power secret
Anya keeps her telepathy hidden from the people around her. That secrecy is part of the story’s tension: the adults in her life are running their own concealed operations, and she is quietly aware of more than they realize. The official profile supports this point directly.

What is not established
The official sources confirm telepathy and mind-reading. They do not provide a complete rulebook for how the power works. Nothing in the official character material establishes a range, a reliability rate, or operating conditions for her ability, so any such detail found elsewhere should be treated as unconfirmed. Anya’s powers are also not expanded into telekinesis, prediction, or other abilities. The future-related power associated with the family’s dog, Bond, is a separate ability that belongs to Bond, not to Anya.
