No exact release time was specified in the announcements. If the title does not appear at midnight in your time zone, check again later on October 22 rather than assuming the series has been cancelled or removed.
Identify the correct Sydney Loofe program
Search for the complete title, Swipe Right on the Devil. Hulu labels it a TV-MA docuseries and places it in crime and courtroom drama categories. The listing describes the series as a three-episode program about Sydney Loofe’s case, with a series premiere in October 2026.

Searching only for “Sydney Loofe” can produce unrelated programs. Apple TV lists a 2024 An Hour to Kill episode about Loofe, and Pluto TV lists that episode separately. Those listings are not the 2026 Hulu series. Check the year, the full title and the service before pressing play.
When Swipe Right on the Devil becomes available
Premiere date
Hulu Press announced October 22, 2026, as the premiere date. The announcement says all three episodes arrive on that date rather than following a weekly schedule. That gives viewers the option of watching the complete three-part story immediately, subject to the service’s actual release timing and your subscription or bundle access.
What the pre-release status means
The date is an advance announcement made before the premiere. A title page can exist in a catalog before playback is enabled, so an episode page that shows the series does not necessarily mean the episodes are already streamable. The available announcements also do not establish how long Hulu or Disney+ will retain the series after launch.

If you are checking on October 22
- Open Hulu in the United States, or the Disney+ catalog that carries your eligible Hulu bundle access.
- Search the exact title, Swipe Right on the Devil.
- Confirm that the page identifies a three-episode series and the Sydney Loofe case.
- Open the episode list and select episode one. Because all three episodes are announced for the same day, episodes two and three should be listed as part of the same release once the catalog is live.
If the title page is visible but an episode will not play, treat that as an access or launch-timing issue first. Recheck your plan, region and the catalog later on the announced date.

Using Hulu directly
- Use a Hulu account with an active plan that includes on-demand viewing.
- On or after October 22, search Hulu for Swipe Right on the Devil, not just “Sydney Loofe.”
- Open the result marked as a TV-MA docuseries and check that it refers to the 2026 series.
- Select an episode from the series page. All three episodes are announced to premiere together.
Hulu’s announcement establishes the U.S. service and date; it does not publish a separate title-specific price, rental option or free viewing window. The practical requirement is therefore Hulu access through a qualifying subscription when the series is released.
Using Hulu through a Disney+ bundle
Hulu says U.S. bundle subscribers will be able to access Hulu through Disney+. This is an entitlement tied to the announced bundle arrangement, not a statement that every Disney+ subscriber automatically receives Hulu. Before release, check the services included in your particular U.S. bundle and whether Hulu access has been activated for your account.

- Sign in with the account associated with that bundle.
- Look for the Hulu content area or open the Hulu access provided by the bundle, then search for Swipe Right on the Devil.
- If the series is absent, verify the bundle entitlement and country setting before assuming the title is unavailable.
The announcement supports Hulu access through the bundle in the United States. It does not support extending that same arrangement to every Disney+ plan or to viewers in every country.
How international viewing works
For viewers outside the United States, Hulu says Disney+ will carry the series internationally. Disney+ catalogs are organized by country, so an international announcement is not a guarantee of simultaneous availability in every market. The German Disney+ listing checked for the title confirms a listing in that regional catalog; it cannot be used as proof that the same page or release date applies elsewhere.
Check your country’s catalog
- Open the Disney+ catalog for the country where you are watching.
- Search the full title, Swipe Right on the Devil.
- Check the listing’s local rating, episode count and release information.
- If the title is not listed, consult Disney+ again near October 22. Regional schedules can differ from the U.S. announcement.
Do not infer availability from a friend’s catalog in another country. The German listing is one regional example, while the country-by-country rollout beyond that example has not been established.

Why a U.S. Hulu search may fail abroad
Hulu’s announced U.S. availability and Disney+’s announced international distribution are separate paths. A viewer outside the United States should look to the local Disney+ catalog rather than expecting the U.S. Hulu page to play. Conversely, a Disney+ listing in one international market does not create Hulu access in that market.

Hulu’s official synopsis says: “When 24-year-old Sydney Loofe disappears after a Tinder date, what begins as a missing-person case quickly spirals into a haunting mystery.” That sentence is Hulu’s promotional description, not an independent account of the case.
The Hulu page uses the terms “manipulation, witchcraft, mind control and black magic” in its framing of the series. Those are promotional themes or claims presented by the program; they should not be read as verified supernatural explanations. The TV-MA rating and crime-and-courtroom-drama classification indicate that the series is intended for mature audiences.

Hulu Press credits Brian Biegel as director and executive producer. The listed executive producers for Imagine Documentaries are Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Sara Bernstein, Christopher St. John and Justin Wilkes. Pete Kasko is named as an executive producer for Carousel Films NYC, and Craig D’Entrone is also credited as an executive producer.
The announced format is three episodes released together on October 22, 2026. Hulu’s catalog page describes a series premiere in October 2026 but, in the listing captured before launch, does not itself specify the day; the date comes from Hulu Press.
Troubleshooting when you cannot find or play it
The title is missing before October 22
That is consistent with the program’s pre-premiere status. A listing may be indexed before playback is enabled. Wait for the announced date and search again using the complete title.
You find another Sydney Loofe episode
Check the title and year. The 2024 An Hour to Kill episode listed by Apple TV and Pluto TV is separate from Swipe Right on the Devil. Return to the Hulu or Disney+ listing that identifies the 2026 three-episode docuseries.
The page appears, but playback is blocked
- Confirm that you are signed in to a plan with Hulu access in the United States, or to the appropriate Disney+ service in your country.
- If you are using a Disney+ bundle, verify that Hulu is included in your specific bundle rather than assuming any Disney+ plan qualifies.
- Check the catalog for your current country. A title listed in Germany, for example, does not prove access in another market.
- Try the search again later on October 22 if the catalog page is present but episodes have not yet activated.
The episode count looks different
Hulu Press announces three episodes for the premiere. If a local catalog temporarily shows incomplete metadata, use the official service listing and recheck after launch rather than treating a partial page as a different series.
