Where to watch Tarot in the U.S. is mainly at home: Tarot (2024), Sony’s 92-minute PG-13 horror film, is listed for streaming on Hulu, fuboTV, and YouTube TV, with digital rental and purchase options also available. The researched sources do not show a current nationwide theatrical run or regular movie showtimes.
Sony Pictures currently labels the film “Now on Digital,” while JustWatch’s U.S. listing provides the clearest comparison of subscription, rental, and purchase options. Because streaming rights and storefront catalogs change, treat the services below as an availability snapshot rather than a permanent guarantee.

Where to watch Tarot: showtimes and streaming status
For U.S. viewers, where to watch Tarot is mainly a home-viewing question: the 2024 Sony horror film is not currently supported by the researched sources as having a nationwide theatrical engagement. The film is listed for subscription streaming on Hulu, fuboTV, and YouTube TV, with digital rental or purchase options also available through several storefronts, although prices and availability can change.
Is Tarot still in theaters?
Tarot should be treated as a home-release title rather than a currently scheduled theatrical movie in the United States. The Numbers records Sony’s wide theatrical release for May 3, 2024. The researched showtime pages do not establish a current nationwide theatrical run, so there are no reliable national Tarot showtimes to publish.

A local theater could still host a one-off screening, repertory event, or special presentation. To check that possibility, search a theater-ticketing service by ZIP code for the exact date and location. Do not assume that a generic “showtimes” result means the film is actively playing near you.
Where can you stream Tarot with a subscription?
JustWatch reported U.S. subscription availability on Hulu, fuboTV, and YouTube TV on July 28, 2026. The availability listing is the best source in the dossier for comparing current service options, but streaming rights can change by country, account, plan, device, and date. Check the U.S. JustWatch listing for Tarot before starting or changing a subscription.
| Service | Availability type | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Hulu | Subscription streaming | Whether the film is included with the viewer’s Hulu plan |
| fuboTV | Subscription streaming | Current catalog access and plan requirements |
| YouTube TV | Subscription streaming | Current availability in the viewer’s U.S. account and market |
Hulu’s official Tarot page identifies the movie as a 2024 PG-13 drama, horror, and thriller. A service listing does not necessarily mean that every subscriber receives the same access, so check the title page after signing in.

| Digital option | Listed use | Important limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Video | Rent or buy | Check the current title page, price, and playback-device support |
| Apple TV Store | Rent or buy | Availability and pricing can vary by account and region |
| Fandango At Home | Rent or buy | Confirm the current rental or purchase choice before checkout |

Neither Sony’s page nor the researched availability listing establishes one universal rental price or purchase price. Storefront prices, subscription tiers, taxes, promotional offers, and playback rights can differ, so a current price should be checked directly on the selected service.
Can you buy Tarot on Blu-ray or DVD?
Yes. The U.S. Tarot Blu-ray + Digital HD edition was released on July 9, 2024. The edition is described as a Sony Pictures 1080p Blu-ray with a 92-minute runtime and Movies Anywhere support by Blu-ray.com’s release listing. Readers who want to own the film rather than depend on changing streaming rights can look for the Tarot Blu-ray, but current stock, seller condition, and edition details should be checked before purchase.

The DVD is the more practical physical format only for viewers whose equipment does not support Blu-ray.
| Format | U.S. release information | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Blu-ray + Digital HD | July 9, 2024; 1080p; 92 minutes; Movies Anywhere support listed | Viewers who want the stronger physical-media option plus a digital copy |

Which Tarot movie is this?
This article concerns the U.S. Sony Pictures/Screen Gems horror film Tarot (2024), not the similarly titled South Korean film or television project released in 2024. The Sony movie follows friends who use another person’s Tarot deck and unleash an evil connected to the cards. Its listed cast includes Harriet Slater, Adain Bradley, Avantika, Wolfgang Novogratz, Humberly González, Larsen Thompson, and Jacob Batalon. Sony’s official Tarot page provides the studio’s identification of the film.
JustWatch has a separate U.S. listing for a South Korean title named Tarot. Select the Sony horror movie’s title details before renting, buying, or starting playback.

What is the release timeline for Tarot?
Tarot opened theatrically in the U.S. on May 3, 2024, moved to digital home viewing later that month, and reached Blu-ray and DVD in July 2024. The Numbers records the May 3 theatrical release, while third-party release tracking places the U.S. video-on-demand date on May 28, 2024. Sony’s current “Now on Digital” label is the preferred source for the film’s present digital status.
| Stage | Date or status | Source note |
|---|---|---|
| U.S. wide theatrical release | May 3, 2024 | The Numbers |
| U.S. digital release | May 28, 2024, according to third-party tracking | Sony currently confirms digital availability without relying on a single historical date |

What is the best way to watch Tarot?
The best option depends on whether you already have a qualifying subscription, want the lowest one-time commitment, or want permanent physical ownership. A practical decision guide is:
- Already subscribe to Hulu, fuboTV, or YouTube TV? Search the service directly first, because the film may be included with the applicable plan.
- Want to watch once without adding a subscription? Compare the current rental choices on Amazon Video, Apple TV Store, Fandango At Home, and Spectrum On Demand.
- Want a digital copy? Compare purchase availability on the listed digital storefronts and check which devices can play the purchase.
- Want to keep a physical copy? Choose the Tarot Blu-ray if compatible hardware and current stock are available; consider DVD only when Blu-ray playback is not an option.
- Looking for a theater screening? Search by ZIP code and date, because any remaining screening would need to be confirmed by a specific theater rather than assumed from a generic showtimes page.
Availability caveat for U.S. viewers
Streaming catalogs and digital storefront listings are volatile. The durable facts are Tarot’s identity as the Sony 2024 film, its May 2024 U.S. theatrical release, and its July 2024 physical-media release. Recheck the relevant service immediately before publication, viewing, or purchase, especially if the article’s availability snapshot is no longer dated July 28, 2026.
